Small amount of country style steak. Tender but not much flavor. Mashed spuds were only ok. Corn was tasteless. Rolls were typical out of the bag and barely unwarmed. Staff was nice. Tummy is now hurting from the food. The steak tastes worse the second time. :(

Excellent local diner to eat at, the food is nice and fresh made to order waitresses are very courteous, the local seem to like this diner a lot I can understand why, if you go there you certainly will enjoy your meal 😋

A friend and I get breakfast together at Paula’s about once a month and it’s consistently delicious. They’re always on their game—friendly from the moment you walk in, whether you’re a regular or a first time customer, and speedy in their service. They make excellent omelets and everything I’ve gotten has tasted just like good old down-home breakfast! If you have special requests they’re flexible… they were willing to make my omelet with egg whites and give me whole wheat toast. If you’re gonna grab breakfast in Lenoir, Paula’s should be on your list!!!

Was told I couldn't bring my own drink into the establishment and didn't realize that they didn't take a card and it was a cash only place.
My wife and I ran across this restaurant/diner while traveling through the area.We found this location due to Google, Yelp, Facebook.The diner itself is clean and safe.The staff were genuinely friendly and pleasant.The food was very good.The general atmosphere was very friendly and we felt like home.We highly recommend this diner for anyone who appreciates good food, with great people.We will come back more in our future travels here.
Parking: Parking shouldn’t be an issue.
Kid-friendliness: This is a safe and family oriented place.

This is a fantastic down home type place to eat..it was packed with diners..our waitress gets a 10 out of 10!! It is not a fancy place but what i would call a working persons resturant...would definately eat there again..We were a 6 person group.??
