I came into Pizza Hut just a few hours ago, I saw one of their employees sleeping in the booth. and while I was there ready to order my food, no one at the counter and no one that I saw who was in the back. The service was terrible, after 5 minutes they finally came to the counter and gave me the worst attitude. I felt completely disrespected and not welcomed there.

I came to the store to pick up my pizzas tonight which I was absolutely looking forward too bc Pizza Hut is the best! No one at the front counter. When they finally got there they smelled like weed. It was very unpleasant I was hesitant about taking my food bc they handed it to me smelling like that. Not something I want to smell while I’m eating. 🤢

On Friday night we committed the worst food service sin and showed up with 60 people near closing time. Our original plan had fallen through and this location was ready and willing to help us. The 3 employees (Darin, Heather and Trinity) had 13 pizzas made and served inside 40 min. We can’t say enough of how much we appreciate their staff and how much they helped us in a tight spot. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! We will be back and hopefully before closing time!

Our youth group (50+ people) showed up at this location at 11pm last night. Instead of turning us away so they could clean up early, the team there rolled up their sleeves and slung pizzas out left and right. Big shout out to Heather, Trinity, and the cook for ending our night with a bang!

Pulled up to eat at what is supposed to be a Pizza Hut. Seeing it’s a franchise business you would think it would think it would be kept up. This place looks overgrown and I see that could be as to their is a DEAD RAT just laying 5-6 feet away from THE FRONT DOOR! I’m disgusted. I wish i could upload the photo 🤢

Tonight my experience at pizza hut was something I definitely will never forget. The CSR Katrina Grant who openly dislikes me decided to shove my fresh pizzas that just came out of the oven that was for my boyfriends birthday on to the floor she looked straight into my eyes with this little stupid grin and ran to the back lol she had pure evil in her eyes and I truly think it would take a very unhappy miserable person to do that. Nobody provoked her nobody looked at her nobody talked to her she took it upon herself to destroy the food my boyfriends grandmother payed for. Her funny excuse was "I told you not to come back here" last time I checked she's not a manager so thats not her place to tell me not to come into a public establishment im actually pretty good friends with the managers that were working there tonight and seen this all happen so if they don't have an issue with me being there why should she? Then she had her boyfriend come pick her up just to punch my boyfriend in the face after all her boyfriend talks about is how miserable he is with her and then she had the nerve to come hit me also. The GM told the other managers to call the cops on US how crazy is that? We came got a pizza..... pizza got destroyed by employee.....and then we both got attacked in the parking lot. This is the Lenoir pizza hut experience so if you want floor pizza with a sad little girl with a mean attitude then by all means come here and enjoy your time!!!! I think Katrina Grant should have her job terminated and should pay for her actions.
