Tonight my experience at pizza hut was something I definitely will never forget. The CSR Katrina Grant who openly dislikes me decided to shove my fresh pizzas that just came out of the oven that was for my boyfriends birthday on to the floor she looked straight into my eyes with this little stupid grin and ran to the back lol she had pure evil in her eyes and I truly think it would take a very unhappy miserable person to do that. Nobody provoked her nobody looked at her nobody talked to her she took it upon herself to destroy the food my boyfriends grandmother payed for. Her funny excuse was "I told you not to come back here" last time I checked she's not a manager so thats not her place to tell me not to come into a public establishment im actually pretty good friends with the managers that were working there tonight and seen this all happen so if they don't have an issue with me being there why should she? Then she had her boyfriend come pick her up just to punch my boyfriend in the face after all her boyfriend talks about is how miserable he is with her and then she had the nerve to come hit me also. The GM told the other managers to call the cops on US how crazy is that? We came got a pizza..... pizza got destroyed by employee.....and then we both got attacked in the parking lot. This is the Lenoir pizza hut experience so if you want floor pizza with a sad little girl with a mean attitude then by all means come here and enjoy your time!!!! I think Katrina Grant should have her job terminated and should pay for her actions.

Ordered delivery forgot some of my order. Called store waited almost 30min so had to go store to get items paid for! So much for convenience of delivery!!!

Ordered food for curbside. Waited more time than stated in app. Called in to ask if food was done. Rude woman said ugghhh I will bring it out I guess then hung up. When she came out I asked if she was the one who answered the phone. She said yes. I said you were rude and hung up in my face. She laughed and said sorry as she walked away. Food was the worst I have ever eaten at this pizza hut (which it's never anything great).

I've not been back since they didn't let me know my pizza was ready. I sat down after ordering and waited 45 mins. Ended up having to get up to ask and they said oh it's been ready. Are you serious. I asked for my money back and are elsewhere. I'll not return

I waited in the front lobby for about 5 mins before the cashier just happened to gey to the front. Phone ringing continually with no answer. Restaurant was completely empty. I was asked if I wanted to dine in or take out. When I said dine in, the cashier said the dinning room was closed! Weird! They had no napkins and you now have to be .99 sent for a small bottle of parmesan, when all I needed was a small packet. Pizza was good though.

I have tons of hut rewards... I've been trying to redeem them for a few months and it won't let me. I called the store to ask and stayed on hold for over 15 mins. They didn't care and obviously didn't feel like helping me.

It’s HORRIBLE! We ordered pizza for delivery and was waiting they never showed up so I called no one answered me but was told by the automated voice that my order had been canceled! Was never notified of why it was canceled or that it was even canceled! Worst experience with a pizza place!

Only leaving 1 star because i had to leave something. yall deserve negative stars. ordered pizza at 10:30, yes it was late but we had a very busy day and finally just had just got home 10 mins prior and decided to order pizza. Got an order confirmation stating our pizza would be delivered at 11:14. well, 11:20 comes around, so i go check the tracking information on the app and it says my order is in the oven and that it was supposed to be delivered at 11:06. so we decided to call the store, and no one answers and the machine tells us that our order had been canceled. which would have been fine if we were to get some sort of call or notification that it was cancelled. but we got nothing. my 2 toddlers, husband and sister in law are sitting here waiting on pizza they had no intention of making/delivering. will not spend another dime here. worst service i’ve ever experienced and surprised yall are still even in business by doing that to a customer. ridiculous.
