Today's experience was so much better...the only reason I came back was to use my free rewards on a meal...the manager was really nice an told me that my food was ready an she only had to get it boxed up...I was really impressed on her kindness, our food was ready an we only had to wait on the boxing up part....my daughter's food was not right, but i overlooked it and understood that sometimes stuff like that happens. I'm just glad we did not have to wait an hour...
The Popeyes in Lenoir is disappointing. You always wait long periods of time to get your food. (15 to 20 minutes) it's the reason I always end up going somewhere else. Food then ends up being Luke warm. If your in Hickory, the Popeyes over there is real good.
I absolutely love the woman who runs drive through and the front counter!! She makes my experience amazing every single time! She honestly deserves a raise.Best service I have has in a long time. The other staff is just as friendly but she goes beyond to make my experience great!
