Another great meal at Ruby Tuesday. The food is always consistently good, but today was better than usual. That's because Chip was our server, and he was friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. He service was above and beyond the norm. I'll definitely request Chip on my next visit.

I've been coming here for years and this was the one. I ordered a burger with Texas Toast. Instead of Texas Toast it was a regular bun turned upside down. Didn't catch it til I go home. I was furious.

The food was great! I enjoyed the blackened tilapia with rice medley around $14. Our server was very polite, and she made sure everything was to our liking. The restaurant was clen and at 6 pm it wasn't crowded. It only took 20 minutes before she bought our food to the table. The only negative is that the sweet tea was a little more than I thought it should be. the cost was $7 for two people. All in all, it costs around $46 plus a tip for the two of us to enjoy a wonderful meal out together! I really recommend this Ruby Tuesday in Lenoir, NC ?Kid-friendliness: I took my 10 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed the fish and chips. The cooking oil was fresh. It really made the difference! It was a little over $14, but she loved it! Then, for dessert, she enjoyed the $10 funnel cake with ice cream.

Ordered a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 2. I arrived and waited 10 minutes before I was ever asked what I was there for and then I had to wait almost another 10 minutes for my food. Food was cold when I got it and the lettuce was rotten. Service here has always been terrible. The food is not worth the price. Don't order for pickup if you are on your lunch break, because you will not have any time left to eat after you finally get your food. Also there was a woman that arrived before me and she was still waiting on her order when I left .

IMO still the best chain restaurant of its type in Lenoir. Fatz went down hill badly, and Outback never was much to start with ever. I Think Ruby Tuesdays had an issue with quality and service maybe, for a few years a while back but, they have certainly improved back to the level they once were when they opened in Lenoir. This last visit, the food was great and the service was on point and it was even near closing time. Not sure why I dont see more vehicle's there throughout the day but, I'll certainly be back. Our server Chip W was excellent and made our experience very pleasant.
