Me and my bestfriend are out of town and we decided to grab some sonic they messed up our order twice and when she came back in the second time she over heard them talking bad about it saying how did she not know it was this or that well hellloooo maybe if yall would’ve given us the right order the first time we would’ve had our order . She was being super nice and understanding because accidents happen but to openly talk about customers is sick . And on top of that giving us food that someone else had already touched is crazy . Very unprofessional . I hope you guys do better in the future thanks .

I visited your restaurant today in Lenoir, NC at around 3:15 PM. I ordered the following: 1 foot long hotdog, one regular hotdog, two corn dogs, one medium sized order of jalapeño poppers, and one medium sized order of onion rings. Ordering was easy and service was fast. I paid my bill and tipped the server. However, upon driving from Lenoir to sawmills to give my family this food, I was astonished to see the onion rings and corn dog that they had actually sold me. I realize that I patronized the restaurant between the lunch hour and the dinner hour, however, never thought I would be served food that had already been cooked and then re-cooked and sold to me. Look at this corn dog! And look at this onion ring! Are you kidding? I couldn’t even eat this. I gave it to my sister’s chickens. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Ariana And she verified that indeed I had ordered everything. I said I had as she had a spreadsheet of current orders in front of her. She asked me to come back tomorrow and get the order redone. I really don’t want the order redone. I want my money back. That’s just unacceptable and nasty! Ridiculous!

Waited 20mins for an incomplete order. Food was cold by the time we got it. Waited another 5 mins for a pretzel and a soda. Only got it then because we went and knocked on the door. Ridiculous! Will not be back.

Lenoir NC location. Swung in for a chili dog and a large diet coke. Katelyn and Michael were each taking orders. Both were friendly and professional, politely offered up-sales, and reviewed orders for accuracy. They were fairly busy for a Tuesday afternoon. My food was served quickly; chili dog was good, although it could have been hotter. A second napkin would have been helpful, and 2 packets of salt were unnecessary. Diet Coke was good. Also the seating area and parking lot were clean and in great shape.
