Waited 20mins for an incomplete order. Food was cold by the time we got it. Waited another 5 mins for a pretzel and a soda. Only got it then because we went and knocked on the door. Ridiculous! Will not be back.

Lenoir NC location. Swung in for a chili dog and a large diet coke. Katelyn and Michael were each taking orders. Both were friendly and professional, politely offered up-sales, and reviewed orders for accuracy. They were fairly busy for a Tuesday afternoon. My food was served quickly; chili dog was good, although it could have been hotter. A second napkin would have been helpful, and 2 packets of salt were unnecessary. Diet Coke was good. Also the seating area and parking lot were clean and in great shape.

We ordered 3 unicorn slushies and a bag of ice $15.00?!! During happy hour no less we asked for larges and we paid for larges and when we asked about the sizes down 2 a medium we assumed so would have been the price....no unicorn special straw either...over priced and cheated...
Staff using substances in the parking lot trash every were and the drive thru in general felt unsafe staff seemed stressed the food gave me food poisoning the service here has gone down hill severely very sad to see as a past employee. I remember the good days of Doug when orders where. Made promptly sonic has fallen down hill very disappointed

Service is fast but they forget things, check your order before you leave. Food is ok, nothing spectacular, and the service is polite but not mind blowing. I've seen better.

Ordered super Sonic breakfast burritos, both were missing the tater tots and tasted like they were cooked on a dirty grill, attendant did a great job …outside exterior filthy
