Worst service! Or shall I say non-service. If I could give no stars I would! This location closes at 11pm. I pulled in at 10:20 and pushed the button and sat there till 11:50 with no response. I pushed the button multiple times and not one of the employees inside answered. I was the only car there. They’re were 4 workers inside just messing around talking and laughing. Great job guys!

When I was ordering the person who took my order hung up. After pressing the button multiple times we finally got someone to help us. once we finally ordered, it was wrong. When we corrected our order, the person that came out was extremely rude that we made them actually do something. As they walked away, they pulled out their phone to text someone. I am disgusted by the service of the people who work here. I would recommend going somewhere where you’re actually treated nicely. They also don’t have the glasses that are supposed to come with their blackout slush. Disappointing do better.

Ordered online for 7:20 pickup and waited over an hour and employee on the mic took forever, multiple people left and were irritated. A white employee with long blonde hair flipped someone off, and overall was just a terrible ran fast food establishment. I wouldn’t go there until they hire new employees or I wouldn’t even go at all after that. Ontop of that the food we wait over AN HOUR for wasn’t even hot or warm. DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC, COOKOUT WOULD BE A BETTER RECOMMENDATION.

Had always been good until tonight. Mobile order for 750. By 805 I hit the button to see why my order wasn't out. I was told my order got pushed to another customer. Jesse says ill make you a fresh iced tea which was nice but food was cold. Ordered a large tot got a medium. Ordered ketchup and got none. Not impressed at all this time.

I went Monday March 6th about 430. My friend and I was ordering footlong combo and garlic butter bacon burger combo the employee said they can't ring the garlic burger as combo for they don't have a button for that.I said that's ok ring it however you want as long as I pay $9.49 cause that is what it shows on the menu board. She asked the manager and they said No ring separate pay the price. That is false advertisement. So I did say a few words and left they lost this customer

I went through here today on our way home which is 20 miles away. Pushed the button waited 13 minutes. Ordered my food. Then someone came out to say they were out of stuff that went in the drinks. I said that's fine. Paid 32bucks. Waited 29 minutes good came. She read the order ticket to me. Assured me it was all in the bag. I was in a hurry so I left. Get home and all the Tater tots are missing and the sandwiches look like they were cooked a week ago. Been calling for an hour now and the line is constantly busy.

Food room over 45 minutes to get to us even though I ordered ahead. My husband's double cheeseburger was flatter than a pancake, literally. Both burgers had stuff we didn't add and stuff we did add was missing. Milkshakes weren't even stirred!. Very disappointed!

Awful place with terrible food and lazy workers that can't even get a normal order together. Not exactly like you're place is booming in the morning and the morning crew is absolutely awful. They make every order wrong, burn stuff and undercooked it somehow at the same time. Hop the owner sees this and looks into he absolute contan ? show that is the sonic of Lenoir morning crew. You all need to find other jobs, as the kids say, "this ain't it"

Sonic has never disappointed like this before. My boyfriend and I ordered and waited about 10 minutes before the screen said someone was on the way with my order. When they got to the window, they asked if we had a doordash order. We said no and they apologized for the mix up but that isn't a big deal so I wasn't upset up to this point. We waited another 10 or 15 minutes before pressing the button. We had to try 4 or 5 times before someone actually answered. We reminded them that we were still waiting on our food and they immediately came out with our order. Our cold burgers and fries along with our watered down drinks. It had obviously been sitting there for awhile so we asked for some fresh fries. The carhop said they'd be right out so we waited about 10 more minutes before leaving with never getting our fries. We were one of three cars in the parking lot and nobody came throught the drive-thru so it's not like they were busy. I don't know if this location is just understaffed or what but there needs to be a management overhaul.
