I am an Uber driver. Sometimes I do delivery, also. I would like to make a suggestion for Starbucks. I made a delivery for a customer that ended with the customer getting nothing but a wet bag that dripped all over me, my car and the customer. I was very embarrassed and disappointed in Starbucks! To save coffee from spilling out, please provide enclosed cups intended for deliveries. I hope this suggestion reaches listening ears and never happens to me or the customer I deliver to again.
My family and I went inside to get some coffee at 8pm ( they close at 9pm on mondays not 8pm) we order our food and coffee we sat inside for 5 mins, All the sudden they turn the lights off while we were eating and drinking inside. Your staff was very rude to my family, very unprofessional. If you are Latino please avoid this place! This is a very racist place.
There is one employee at this branch that is so sweet.

Righting this review cause I seen the lady who was making drinks shrug off a customer while she was trying to talk to her and the lady wearign the glasses was like I cant right now have a good day, and just went back the serivice has been subpar and the drinks have not bee the best after today I will not be going back to any starbucks location. The lady seems upset by the fact she shrugged her off when she was tryign to explain to her that she brought something for someone else that she had talked to. I was sitting in when this happened.

I skipped the drive-thru because there were six cars in the drive-thru. I went inside where there was only one customer in front of me. Then I had to go up to the counter and speak with someone after I saw three people behind me get their drinks and I did not get mine. The crazy thing is, the drive-thru is completely empty at this point. So no, I would not rate this Starbucks a five out of five. The audacity of them to even asked me if I wanted to tip my barista before I ever even got my drink. Are you serious????
Y'all need to do better. Service is always great, but new staff needs to learn to fill cups appropriately. I'm paying a ridiculous amount for coffee here, I know, I accept it. What I don't accept is paying this exorbitant amount and not getting a full cup. That's unacceptable. I'm paying for a certain amount of liquid oz am I not?
I have to complain. I am a regular amd so is my mom and the new employees are not making the drinks right as of a week ago...where are the old employees...they knew what they was doing.
I’m so disappointed in this Starbucks!! It’s usually my go to since I just work down the road but I’ve been there three times in the last week & they've been out of sugar free vanilla!! It’s the only sugar free option they have how do you run out & stay out? 😡 I asked yesterday when they would be getting some in & was told the truck comes tonight so hopefully then. Hopefully???? I may have to start going to another coffee shop 😡
