The girl with the long fingernail's and black hair is the rudest employee I’ve ever seen work. She has an attitude about serving customers every time I come in here. I will not be coming back to this location. If you don’t like food service then find another job.

I ordered delivery through the Subway app this morning. When the delivery driver showed up, she was missing part of my order. The driver said to call DoorDash, that was all that the store gave to her. Upon further review, my sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted, we're ice cold... with ice flakes on the meat. I called DoorDash, and they were going to reattempt delivery. However the store didn't answer their phone. I have tried calling the store for the past hour myself with no response. This is sadly unacceptable and now I just want a full refund and be done with this horrible experience. If the merchant doesn't contact me back within 3 business days, I will have no choice but to file a charge back with MasterCard and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.With such a lack of communication, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Buyer beware and stay away.

Well if you think you wanna go here I will give you a run down on how the place is.Cleanliness, The place is an absolute dusty disaster. The spinach was covered in grilled chicken and everything looked horrible. This place is filthier then a Chinese buffet at 7pm in the hood.Customer Service. Absolutely none at this store, we went and wanted to order 2 sandwiches. My fiancee asked for a foot long egg and bacon. The girl got the bread out, cut it and then told us they had no eggs after all of that. Then we had to switch order. This place was DEAD at the time, it was a tuesday a hour before lunch rush and nobody was in the parking lot.Overall this place needs a complete firing and rehire, do not eat here. The manager was out back chainsmoking in their car, this place is probably just a front for drug deals if anything.

Why is this location always closing early? The sign on the door says they’re open till 9:00pm on Mondays..I was there at 8:20 and the door is locked?? the lights are on and the employees are just standing there talking and saying they’re closed? Get it together subway!

Can someone please tell the night crew that a protein bowl has double the ingredients of a regular salad. I usually get great protein bowls....this wasn't even salad sized. Literally like 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, a handful of spinach...And I wish they would have warned me they didn't have utensils before I ordered this?

Ordered online and was incorrect orderd extra meat and barely got any. I came inside and picked up my sub already prepaid. Said nothing, I had to grab my cup for the meal and ask the lady to smile. Must be a rough day for her.

Ordered an online order got home and the sub and salad was wrong went back to get it right and the night shift manager was very rude would not remake my order told me to get the f..k out of her store and would not give me my money back will not go back to this sorry

This subway used to be pretty good.However they have been consistently going down hill and now I would highly recommend you purchase your subs elsewhere.This makes the 3rd time in a row I have had issues with this location when ordering on the Subway app.Today our subs were missing half of the selected toppings. I understand that certain locations run out of ingredients but those are normally blanked out online. The two subs I ordered were fixed identically, even though they were ordered very differently.The time before the two subs were completely mixed up. Wrong one toasted, wrong cheese, wrong toppings.The time before that my order was ready at 830 and the front door was already locked and I had to knock and get someone's attention so I could pick up my order.I normally do not leave reviews and complain but this is, in my opinion, is becoming ridiculous. I will not be using this location anymore and will be urging others to find another location as well.

Go here if you want a sub with barley any meat. This is by far the worst subway in the area. They're garbage and they charge more than the other subways around.

One of the subways I've been to with subpar service. I think the manager needs to retrain their staff. The gentlemen who made my sub barely put any rotisserie chicken on my #9 champ sub. And then he put like 4 pieces of green pepper on it and really thought that was okay. So I had to constantly ask for more because he didn't seem to care to be there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never come back and encourage others to do the same so they can retrain their staff on how to make a sub. Especially if your going to charge 13 dollars for a salad and bread.
