This is by far the nastiest Subway I have ever visited. The ice fron the ice dispenser had what looked like dirt in it. They have a cover over half the bar so you can't see what is going on your sandwich. The overall impression I got was that nobody bothers to do basic housekeeping. I left without my sandwich.

Food was good, but the customer service of this Subway was terrible. The employees came out huffing because they had customers. We ordered a sandwich on flat bread and the employee said they donât have flatbread. Ok.. not a big deal. Ordered a wrap next⊠oh they make that on flatbread⊠but she just said they donât have flatbread. The manager comes out and says they do have flatbread and makes the employee go get it. The customer service was just bad and acted as if they just hated having to actually work at their job.
This store is supposed to close at 9pm, I got there at 7:40pm to find all the chairs on the tables and the sliding door almost shut. I wanted to sit at a booth but was told that section was already closed, but I could take down a chair at a table. While I was eating, I observed an employee serving someone else, said employee dropped the oven tray in the floor, didn't wash it, and continued to use it. I went back at 8:30 to order another sub to find they had already put up all the meats and veggies. This employee told me he was closing but served me anyway with an attitude. This store needs new management!

Sent in a complaint 2 weeks ago and never got a response. So much for carrying about your customers. Go elsewhere with your business!

This is the last time I buy anything from this Subway . Right off the bat this one guy was hateful and rude , like I was bothering him .I tried to make small talk to lighten up the mood but this little p**** just got huffy and walked off . I asked him what's wrong with everybody here today ? Everyone is so pissy ! Whatever ?ââïž I will take my business and MONEY to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Sub. You ain't the only restaurant with Subs ?

I just left this location and normally wouldnât say anything but this subway was just down right nasty and just disgusting. There was only one worker and he was rude and and had no clue what he was doing. They didnât have many options to pick from when it came from meat and toppings. The toppings they did have looked old. I couldnât get a drink due to the Machine being down. The whole experience was just bad. Hopefully this location can pull there selves together but I doubt that they will.

I asked for onions on my sandwich before it was toasted, and she completely bypassed my question. I also said a small bit of mayonnaise, and she put some and I said âthatâs goodâ and she put that much more.
I was on my lunch break, so there was no time to remake the sandwich.

The young man was polite. I failed to place an order because they were out of the meatballs for my desired sandwich. The young male cashier was helpful in trying to suggest another location in the next shopping center. I told him how that location always seemed to be closed, he stated that all the area locations should have the same closing time. I noticed that the location he mentioned was indeed dark and closed as I had expected.This location was clean and the bar looked well kept. The young man was truly friendly and his well groomed, clean appearance made me hope to come back for that meatball sub. I feel that I could trust the cleanliness of items made here.

Just went here for a breakfast sandwich. They were out off egg so I ordered it as usual but without egg. When I went to pay I was notified it costs $3 more because it doesn't have egg. I wish I had told them to keep it.
Subs are good and fresh! Clean and nice staff. Thank you for coupon in the mail! Love coming here for good price.
