Apparently it is “company policy” not to hand online orders through the drive through window… I guess they can keep the food then, I’m not paying for it if they can’t hand it to me like normal people

Ordered a 9 dollar box. They gave me the wrong box. They were out of cilantro AND the new MT dew purple freeze. No mild sauce or napkins. And they made the cheesy bean and rice wrong? They acted like I was being difficult for ordering. No special orders either. You'd think they know how to count AND make tacos....so sad...

Got the chipotle ranch grilled steak burrito and when I open the wrapper the burrito is tiny and when I open the burrito there is barely anything in the burrito. The tiny amount wouldn't even be able to feed a child

I feel over time they have gotten worse. They just add less and less on the food it seems every time I go back. The image is all I got on one of my flatbread melts.
When my dad went to Taco Bell he asked for fire sauce and got hot sauce. They also have messed up our orders several times. The service is really slow just about all the time.

Well they cannot count to 6, they put guacamole on 2 of my soft tacos and i did not order it so those went in the trash, they deserve less than 1 star waste of my time and money.

Thanks for the hard ass potatoes . You could of made more I paid 5 dollars for two cheesy fiesta potatoes for them to not be eatable

How do you have 13 grown employees at all times, 2 cars in your drive thru, 1 customer inside and still take 15 minutes per order while also managing to get it wrong every single time? I know this is Caldwell county but jesus.
