Well they cannot count to 6, they put guacamole on 2 of my soft tacos and i did not order it so those went in the trash, they deserve less than 1 star waste of my time and money.
Thanks for the hard ass potatoes . You could of made more I paid 5 dollars for two cheesy fiesta potatoes for them to not be eatable

How do you have 13 grown employees at all times, 2 cars in your drive thru, 1 customer inside and still take 15 minutes per order while also managing to get it wrong every single time? I know this is Caldwell county but jesus.
10/10 service, I had an issue with an order and they remade it for me. An employee named Shaniqua helped resolve my issue promptly and professionally.
My Pepsi was watered down and was missing our chalupes and the ones we did get was so sour we couldn't even eat it and was suppose to be chicken and unfortunately was nasty steak smh my dogs wldnt eat either so sad and when I tried to call they hung up on me and put me on busy signal
Snails in slow motion, they take for ever to give my order almost 30 minutes and food was cold
I’ve never been so disappointed by Taco Bell and management. I would rate my experience as a -10 overall attitude from employee working the speaker just was unacceptable. Called in to express the issue to be addressed over the phone with the “manager” claiming it wasn’t an attitude it was just protocol while raising her voice claiming they didn’t hear me. My child needed a moment to look over the menu, there wasn’t a single person behind us so what was the rush. It’s completely unprofessional and seems like certain employees need additional training including the “management” team.
Foods great but if I can give a 0 star for how rude the drive thru lady was there was nobody behind me and my kid was tryna see what he wanted off the menu and she kept coming on the speaker with a attitude when I kept telling her to hold on but it's like she didn't care
Stoped for dinner 3/12/25 my wife and Iended up in the ER with what they called an extreme case of food poisoning after missing a day of work I found out my coworker ate there for lunch the same day and had gotten food poisoning will not be returning to this location

I just left there and i sit in line for 47 mins before they even took my order,they would not take another order until their drive thru window was free which im sure makes them look good when in reality you have people waiting a hour for FAST FOOD and on top of that they left one of my tacos out. We also got a chicken quesadilla but it should have been a cheese quesadilla for $6.19 because only one little section actually had chicken in it. I will never go back to this taco bell again. I would have gave them zero stars if that had been an option. This place is horrible on their customer service. You can see in the pictures how backed up their lines are and they DO Not Care period.

Order two bean burritos in the drive-through drove 15 miles home to eat dinner. The beans were so dry and crunchy. I could not eat them.
Order is wrong every time. Owner doesn’t care. Just don’t go here. 35 minute average turn around time is trash. It’s like this every time we decide to give it another chance. Take some pride in yourselves and your work.
This taco bell just absolutely sucks. Drive thru, online, in store, all of it. Terrible.
