I went to TCBY in Lenoir Nov 6 th 2025 about 130 pm to pick up 2 small free yogurt cups that my granddaughters got a card for being.awsome in school they are treat cards I came back from the cancer center and since I was up in the area thought I would stop by and pick them up for my granddaughters so they would have a treat after coming home from school we'll this gray /blondish hair that works there I handed her the 2 cards and told her what flavor they wanted and she looks at me and said where are the kids and I explained to her that they were at school and would be home later she then said no kids no treats and I have taken cards there before for them and never had a problem from a nice man at the time but this time was different this woman is definitely a Karen she argued with me a little more as I was still trying to explain to her that I was just picking them up for them well she finally gave me the 2 small yogurt cups and looked at me and said you don't deserve them you don't need them I told her that's not good customer service and she said oh well she said Alot of people are wanting help now and they don't help nobody TCBY OWNER TOM RIKER please have a talk with your very rude employee about customer service and being nice to the customers instead of a attitude like hers it's very bad for business me and different family members stops by there Alot and gets cups of yogurt and waffle cones but being treated like this I think I'll just tell all my family to spend their money else where ...

This place is my absolute favorite place to get ice cream why you may ask well it's because they are the only ones that carry my favorite ice cream but they call it frozen yogurt but it's called white chocolate moose try it and y'all tell me what y'all think about it. It literally has its own flavor never tasted anything like it before in my life.
They have all kinds of yogurt and sugar free too!!

I’ve been going to TCBY for years and i appreciate them being around. But the last 6 of 7 times i’ve gotten fudge sundae which is what i always get the ice cream taste bad. spoiled or something. We even stopped going for a very long time. i don’t want to give a bad review but even this last visit was the wrist it’s been. i got very little ice cream but lots of whipped cream. it was actually ok because i ended up not even being able to eat it because it tasted really really bad. I’m not sure what it is. And i can’t even describe the strange flavor that plain vanilla has. It kind of like spoiled, freezer burnt tasting. i do realize it’s frozen yogurt but i don’t think its just me. my husband even mentioned he thought it tasted funny. Has anyone else ever thought there’s vanilla tastes tasted spoiled. After 6 times i thought it was something i should address before i throw in the towel. I love your regular ice cream it’s always good.
