They will pull you forward everytime or even to side no matter what in order to trick their timers into thinking they do a good job. Tonight they pull me forward… understandable had to make spicy nuggets. 20 mins go by (not busy at all maybe 1 person inside and 2-3 cars went through drive thriugh wile was waiting) anyway 20 mins later go ij and i say ill take regular nuggets if you guys are just waiting on spicy. Nope turns out they had them and order is just sitting there on the counter chilling had prob been sotting there 10-15 minutes cause was already cold unfortunately was in hurry so will have to just heat up at home later instead if enjoying right off like i wanted. I understand its hard to find good employees. But the owner should definetely rethink management and enployees here. 5/10 food judt cause cold. 1/10 for service. I rarely do reviews but this staff just sucked.

Pulled us for a small order and somehow gave us old food. Fries were room temperature after waiting for 10-15 minutes after they pulled us. Sandwiches were all made wrong, and the staff was absolutely hateful. Why pull cars if you’re not gonna give the customers fresh food.

We went thru the drive thru and I ordered the new chicken tenders which are definitely a 10 and then the young lady taking our ordered asked 8f we wanted to try the new snickerdoodle frosty and we ordered one and it's a 10 as well. Thank you Lacy for your great attitude and personality and having me to try both the tenders and delicious frosty

Great place to eat! But there are certain parts of the day where the burgers come out extra greasy. Not the end of the world, just pat off the extra grease.
