Called in and placed a order over the phone and was told 20 minutes and my order would be ready. Once I arrived 20 minutes later to pickup order i was told that they ran out of classic bone in wings and coworker went to get more. That was bad customer service cause they could have called back to inform me of them no longer having wings available and keep in mind this is at 1130am. Somebody at this location needs to be more on top of there inventory

I was just at Wingstop in Lenoir, and it was Awesome!!! The Staff was great and the Food was absolutely Wonderful!! If you haven't been there yet, my advise to you is..... Go!! The Mango Habanaro and Corn is the Bomb!!! Thank you Wingstop!! š„°šā¤ļø

Every time Iāve ordered there, itās always wrong or missing items. Iāll go inside to inform them and hopefully get my order corrected, and the cook always calls me a liar and accuses me of ājust wanting free foodā. I have to pull up my receipt and pull my food out of the bags every time or my food is not corrected. They all have a bad attitude, they want to fight their customers, and they make you feel uncomfortable the moment you walk in the door. Iāll never go back to this place. Iād give 0 stars if I could.

*UPDATE 10/20/25* Although I had a poor experience previously (see original review below), I decided to them again this week. I can happily say that this time around, we had a great experience all around! There was an extremely nice woman working in there that was awesome. She greeted me, politically told me that she was working on my scheduled order, and prepared it a timely manner. The wings and Voodoo fries were awesome! 100% better experience all-around. Can't help but assume that is because of the woman back there. Wish I caught her name but she was working lunchtime Sun, 10/19. We will most definitely keep this as our NFL gameday lunch place. I have changed my review rating as such. Below is my original review (as 2 stars overall).
I pre-ordered a meal for two yesterday. When I arrived to pick it up, there wasn't a soul in there besides a younger worker who was sitting at one of the tables, sucked into his phone. He didn't even look when I walked in. I stood at the counter, staring at my order sitting on a shelf behind the counter for at least 5 minutes. He finally looked up, greeted me very unprofessionally, and grabbed my food.
It's a shame the management insists on hiring poor equality employees.

Every time we order (15 wings) on the app it says our order will be ready in 16-21 minutes. And, every time, it takes much longer. Today it was 39 minutes. The time of day we place the order doesn't seem to matter. Either work faster or change the time on the app.

Went on a Sunday afternoon around 1ish. The store was not busy when we went in but it took the ladies there 5 or so minutes just to get our order and open the register. After we sat it got busy, but we continued to wait. 40 minutes later weāre told they forgot to drop our order and we were given 1 free brownie (there were 2 of us) and told our order would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we get our food. Our food was over cooked and over seasoned, almost uneatable. Shouldāve just asked for a refund but we were hungry from waiting so we just ate our food and left. WILL NOT BE BACK. Keep in mind They also did the same exact thing to the couple behind us dining in. Forgot to drop their food and the other couple were also missing items.

this store is the best! Every employee that works here has been so kind and helpful. Kelsay is the sweetest and provides the best service! the halloween/fall decorations are so adorable and fun. every time Iāve eaten here the food is hot and fresh! best wings Iāve ever had in my life
Yep, it's chicken wings. I got just about exactly what I expected - not the best chicken wings out there, but they're serviceable, they got the job done. Fries weren't all that great but nothing some ketchup couldn't fix.

This is the first time I have ordered from the new Lenoir NC store and it was the worst food I've ever gotten from Wingstop. I don't usually do reviews but my fear is if Wingstop in Lenoir doesn't get on top of there game and start serving good food as other winstops do then this store will not last long. My Fries looked as if they just dumped seasoning on top and in the middle of my Fries. So salty and so hot, they were not edible. Same with the corn. My wings were just sitting in a puddle of grease. Not t9 mention I paid extra for cheese sauce and ordered extra ranch and I did not receive those. I hope this review reaches someone from that store and they will do better. I'm so disappointed. I wished I had the option to share photos of the food.

When I got home, I noticed I was scimpt 2 wings; which was probably for the best. Wings were not very good tasting but not horrid. My fiancƩe and I both had horrible stomach problems later on the day - undoubtedly from the food.
