Food that I received was fine, but expensive, I just made the toast at home myself to save money. And the $20 ten piece tender that I doordashed was completely missing. How do you miss the chicken in a chicken restaurant?

Order from doordash. Never ate at zaxbys. But my zalad was fantastic. Awesome flavors. Def will be back, just for the zalad at the least. And the grilled chicken sandwich was great as well. Good job yall.

Super clean with friendly employees!

I go to this Zaxbys location fairly often and have never had issues until today. I walked in at 8:30pm (both google and the sign on the door said they close at 11:00pm on Saturdays), all outside lights were off and employees were spraying down the floors (getting the cup they eventually gave me wet). Employees behaved as if it was bizarre I came in at all, let alone ordered. As someone who works in the service industry, it’s a bit disheartening to be kind to others all day and not receive the same service myself. I will now hesitate to go back to this location (both inside and the drive thru).

I like Zaxbys food but the Lenoir restaurant has a bunch of smart mouthed kids working who have no customer service training whatsoever. Totally avoid the place

No child changing tables in men’s bathroom I had to take my shirt off and lay on floor to change my child’s bottom there was poop all over the walls in the stalls were no one cleans them

Didn't go inside but ordered from drive through.
Just had salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was very good but the salad part was just mostly lettuce. It was the cost and high calorie content that I wasn't pleased with.
I could have gone to Walmart and gotten better salad for half the price.

Literally every time I go here, something is wrong or missing from my order. Then they get an attitude when you bring it to their attention. The food is always good but the service is always below par.
The app isn't much better, why can I not add on an order of fries??
