I like Zaxbys food but the Lenoir restaurant has a bunch of smart mouthed kids working who have no customer service training whatsoever. Totally avoid the place

No child changing tables in men’s bathroom I had to take my shirt off and lay on floor to change my child’s bottom there was poop all over the walls in the stalls were no one cleans them

Didn't go inside but ordered from drive through.
Just had salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was very good but the salad part was just mostly lettuce. It was the cost and high calorie content that I wasn't pleased with.
I could have gone to Walmart and gotten better salad for half the price.

Literally every time I go here, something is wrong or missing from my order. Then they get an attitude when you bring it to their attention. The food is always good but the service is always below par.
The app isn't much better, why can I not add on an order of fries??

Visited this location about a month ago while traveling for work. Stop in and purchase wings and things meal to go. Once I was on the road I began to eat food. I then bit into a chicken wing and while chewing I notice a piece of metal inside of chicken. I pulled small piece out and it looks to come from a fryer basket or the rack maybe used to drain grease from chicken. I understand things happens. But I left a comment for Manager and know one has called to say sorry or nothing. This could have been a bad situation. But to not acknowledge my complaint is the worse. I could have been really hurt if I ingested this piece of metal.

This Zaxbys is not as great as the one in Lenoir NC. Their chicken is decent but the wings that they serve are usually dry 85% of the time!

Be sure to count your change if you pay cash. Yesterday evening my Dad was shorted 3 dollars of his change. We had the cashier correct it and chocked it up as a mistake. A couple minutes later she shorted the next customer 1 dollar and he had her correct it. When we questioned the manager he just said "people make mistakes". I understand that but 2 out of 2 customers being short changed doesn't look very good. This was the second time we had eaten here and the service was slow both times despite very few customers. Like all fast food the food quality has really gone down hill from what Zaxby's use to be.
