Location sucks!!!!!!!!!!!Never have all the ingredients to make a complete sub been in there two times. I’ll drive to another Location from now on!!! Flies all over the store.
The lady's that served me and my wifes food were nice to me I was very happy everything tasted good and I was happy one experience I had though was kinda bad and they weren't the problem it was the staff that night they acted like they had absolutely nothing I wanted so I walked out if I wouldn't have had a better experience all bc of them nice people that day I'd probably never go back but that changed my mind just gotta go on the right days
I’ve grew up on subway. Im practically loyal to it than other sandwich shops and I’ve tried many. Only been living here in Liberty for last 5 years and I could account for more bad experiences than good at this location. By far the worst one I’ve experienced. Sometimes the place is filthy. I’ve ran into some instances when it’s only just one person working there. Most of the time they’re always out of this, that and the third. Recently witnessed one of the workers respond with an attitude to who I believe was a manager whose kid was right there waiting on her mom to leave. Then over hear the worker trying to make small talk with the others like she was trying to justify her emotions. From reading reviews I think this town is in agreement that this subway is terrible. Politeness only goes so far. If you’re out of product, why not go next door to food lion and restock. Use to do that from time too time when I worked at Denny’s. Not saying the workers don’t know how to do their jobs, but the lack of running a “tight ship” definitely shows and the atmosphere just speaks incompetent, careless, and unethical. I am surprised this place is still running, and how so many negative reviews hasn’t got the attention of corporate and start an investigation. But I won’t be surprised if this place did get shut down. Sucks to live in a town with only so much to offer and a well known restaurant around the world has probably one of the worst right here in Liberty. Like where’s the pride, where’s the drive to do better and the stride for excellence. It can’t be that hard to turn this place around. I work at the new battery plant and in the Japanese culture they practice “kaizen” which means continuous improvement. I think some one needs to get in there and give a few pointers, because anyone can make a sandwich but to operate a business efficiently seems like it’s rocket science and to complex for the employees. It’s like there’s no vision, respect and honor. That’s the perspective this place gives off. Where’s Gordon Ramsey at when you need him?
I went in to get a chicken sub, no chicken, no sauce, the manager was taking my order and absolute complete disrespect came from her. Nothing good is coming from this subway. I looked behind the counter and there was just complete filth behind, dirty old food, trash scattered across the floor. It made me lose my appetite. Never coming back again. Thank you subway
I just left Subway in Liberty Plaza, Liberty, North Carolina. The gentleman taking my order was very polite And apologetic, but that’s where it stops. They were out of steak For a steak and cheese sandwich so I switched to chicken and then when starting putting the condiments on it, they were out of chipotle sauce. Looking through the glass at the vegetables, they were very near the bottom Second of the containers And did not look fresh at all I have been going to the subway for the last 15 years and it’s hit or miss sometimes you may get good service and a good sandwich. Sometimes you may get good service and a terrible sandwich or sometimes you may get a good sandwich and terrible service. Very disappointed!!! Have been to many subways across the country and this by far is consistently bad!! Hate to give bad reviews, but I live in this town and would like to be able to get a fresh sandwich here!! Once again, the sales clerk was fantastic!!
Ordered online at 12:46 pm went in to pick up at 1:30 I work next door no help nothing just plain we don’t get the order and can’t help when asked for refund I was asked to contact my bank no apology or nothing this like second time n like multiple times with subway owners of subway if you can’t operate pls shut it down this is not something that could be ok esp if u r on ur lunch break and with no food not even an apology or trying to help

Very incompetent workers placed an online order showed up 20 min later only to be told I'd have to wait till 6 other ppl in front of me placed and they made their order then mine could be made once at the front was told half the ingredients I ordered were out of stock asked for a refund was told to request it on the app(it's not possible) went back day after to try to get sub again since it was already paid for one of the SAME workers from the night before was there didn't recognize me even tho they made me their last customer she just could not remember so she had to contact the manager they wanted me to leave my name and number and when the manager had time she would reach out ? bunch or morons except one good man that tried to help but his hands were tied thank you to the Hispanic male other than that bunch of incompetent people work here

This place is fine it's just y'all need to stop hiring those who are too scared to talk to the public. This one girl who worked here did nothing but whisper and I got so annoyed having to ask her over and over to repeat herself. She seemed scared and kept asking the same questions idk how many times. Coming here was cheaper than I thought. About 14 bucks, not at all bad! Drinks aren't as good as other places but eh, that's fine! Got home and ate and had no issues. Workers don't wear hairnets tho and they had their hair hanging over the food that's not gonna end well.. Keep it up!

Had only pepper jack cheese. No steak for philli. Last week no lettuce bacon meatballs. Or mayonnaise. Don't waste your time going to this bare minimum franchise who's to stupid to realize there is major factory being built 3 miles away. What a waste in service and profits
The service was good too many flies flying around the food 3 landed on my sub why she was making it I said something about it all the employee could say was the manager ordered flie fans kill the darn things that's what fly watters are for I ended up throwing my sub in the trash as I went out the door that's just disgusting I'm not going back to this location

The new ownership needs to train the manager how to conduct herself professionally. It all starts from the top. I can't blame the employees when the manager acts like it's a frat house.We were in there last week, April 16 or 17th, and it was the worst experience I've ever encountered in a restaurant. After we received our food and sat down to dine, the manager and employees started discussing someone showing nudes to God knows who. Very loudly with my 12 year old little girl nearby. After that, and many F words later (from the manager), the manager gets ready to leave and walks to door. Thankful we may get some peace and quiet, she then stops at the door and proceeds to tell the 2 employees about another employee that was reprimanded and what his offense was. Then tells one of the employees present that she will be getting probation too and why. Mind you, she was shouting this from the door across the restaurant. There was no problem with the food, but the service and behavior of the employees were atrocious.I'm no prude and can drop some F bombs privately with my co workers. But I absolutely would not in the presence of someone's child.We have been customers for as long as they've been open. This is the last time we go back. At least til the manager us trained or fired. They have definitely went downhill, should I say, bottom of the barrel since changing ownership.

They gave me the wrong and I had to go back. Then the employee had a bad attitude when I said the subs were cold because they’d been sitting there forever because they messed it up. Got home the second time and the order still wasn’t right. They left bacon off one sub. Avoid this subway because it’s gone downhill big time
