The new ownership needs to train the manager how to conduct herself professionally. It all starts from the top. I can't blame the employees when the manager acts like it's a frat house.We were in there last week, April 16 or 17th, and it was the worst experience I've ever encountered in a restaurant. After we received our food and sat down to dine, the manager and employees started discussing someone showing nudes to God knows who. Very loudly with my 12 year old little girl nearby. After that, and many F words later (from the manager), the manager gets ready to leave and walks to door. Thankful we may get some peace and quiet, she then stops at the door and proceeds to tell the 2 employees about another employee that was reprimanded and what his offense was. Then tells one of the employees present that she will be getting probation too and why. Mind you, she was shouting this from the door across the restaurant. There was no problem with the food, but the service and behavior of the employees were atrocious.I'm no prude and can drop some F bombs privately with my co workers. But I absolutely would not in the presence of someone's child.We have been customers for as long as they've been open. This is the last time we go back. At least til the manager us trained or fired. They have definitely went downhill, should I say, bottom of the barrel since changing ownership.

They gave me the wrong and I had to go back. Then the employee had a bad attitude when I said the subs were cold because they’d been sitting there forever because they messed it up. Got home the second time and the order still wasn’t right. They left bacon off one sub. Avoid this subway because it’s gone downhill big time

My sandwich was supposed to be the Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch with the rotisserie chicken BUT it was not the rotisserie chicken. It was the nasty grilled chicken strips. I wish the employees would know which meat is supposed to go on the appropriate sandwich. NEVER again will I use the app to order from this store. If I go back to this store, I will make sure I go in and make sure my sandwich is right. Very disappointing!!!!

The people are nice but they don’t understand how to get orders done. I waited over an hour for my online order as I watched people get their food within 5 minutes ordering in person. It was extremely frustrating and then once I got my food and got home they made it wrong.

Edit: after writing into subway the district manager called me. She was very nice, accommodating and professional.Every time we order something online its wrong. Every.Time. Tonight they put honey mustard and mayonnaise all over my salad that asked for NO sauce. One night my husband got nothing he asked for. It's on and on. I tip every time and for what the wrong food.The people in there now don't speak to you. They USE to be so nice. They're always behind. It's really gone down hill!

Since they changed owners it's trash. Always out of stuff, slow as ever, employees won't even talk to you..they just stare at you. They will do online orders first even with a line of people out the door.

Second time ordering meatball sub and it came with no sauce even after asking for extra since I didn't get it last time either will not go back and recommend don't go to this store until staff is corrected.

I wish I could give no stars!!!! I just spent my whole break waiting to get food just to end up not being able to get food. The lady literally took 15 minutes to make a sandwich and a half just to start making an online order. Then had the audacity to say they have to get the online orders out first when I was clearly in line for a long time already. This is beyond ridiculous when this is the only subway in town.

I ordered $65 worth of food no one ever said hi, they were rude they got mad when I asked for a box for serving, three people were working a black guy a Hispanic girl and a white girl and all of them were rude!!! I will not frequent this shop again :(

When in an ordered a box of sandwiches and then three more subs they act like I was working them to death. Not even a hello how are you nor a goodbye and thank you for coming. Based upon their attitudes I will not be returning. I do not recommend this store. Go somewhere else Caprice Pizza is so much more friendlier. I asked him to put the sandwiches in a box so that people could serve themselves and again they were rude about it. So sad If you hate your job that much you should just get a new one.: (
