Just left here at 2pm on 4/8/25. I ordered an iced cold brew. My drink smells and tastes like cigarettes. Also, don’t ask me to tip before I’ve even tried my drink. I usually love this place but I probably won’t be back for a while
I just recently visited with you guys and I usually never complain about my services, but for the last visits I noticed only when this one particular young man is working, he almost always messes up my milkshake orders.. he makes them to milky And messy when he gives them to you at the window… also seems to have a kinda nonchalant demeanor… I do plan to continue doing business with you guys, just on his off days.. the young ladies get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME… help me out because I LOVE your shakes and atmosphere👑

I know this place is good, which is why i’m annoyed that i came through the drive thru an hour before close, the lights and music were on, and no one was in there. I waited 10 minutes and nothing.

They left me a cute message! I tried the carmel apple crumble and it was so good. This is a Medium? It was plenty flavorful. And for someone who hadnt been there I just went for the first thing they suggested and they were so nice and friendly.

Best ice cream in town, the service is amazing and they are generous with the scoops.

Specifically did not go through the drive-thru because I wanted to experience the atmosphere.
I asked for recommendations and they were very basic and rude. Service was not friendly or felt welcoming. I didn’t even want the ice cream at that point.
For a cute place like this, there needs to be kinder and more welcoming staff!!!!! Will not be back.

The young lady who assisted us was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ordered three servings of cookies and cream and one of strawberry cheesecake. After a 50-minute drive, seeing the smiles on my children's faces made it all worthwhile.

The last 4 times we've been through, they are literally out of everything we've asked for. Service has gone downhill.

I’m leaving four stars because it normally would be be 5, due to the service being lovely most the time, and I don’t want to throw a small beloved business under the bus, but I’m leaving a review and only four stars to express my disappointment. I never pay for my alternative milk when used as a creamer. Plus their prices must have gone up. I would have got a latte for about maybe less than a dollar more with what they charged me for a splash of oat milk. The young girl there was nice but wouldn’t work with me and simply said she would talk to the business about it. Fair. But I still paid a ridiculous amount for an americano. I am not charged at any of the other surrounding businesses for a splash in my coffee or americano. It really sucks as someone lactose intolerant to pay 75 cents (yes 75 cents) for a splash. I am surprised she couldn’t bend and take it off for the small amount used to add creamer. Had it been normal milk, I would not have been charged. When I asked why and if maybe I could just not add the oat milk then, she has already made it and asked if i wanted her to make a new one… which truly made no sense because then she’d be out coffee and oat milk, leading me back to the moot point of charging for a splash of alternative milk. I am allergic to soy and lactose so, tough world for us I guess. I found that a bit odd and wondered if she was just nicely joking with me. Anyways. I don’t know when I’ll be back, and I was a loyal customer I just don’t like how that went down with what I thought was a reasonable question. I’ve had places in the past charge 40 cents and I ask why and they’re like “oh sorry you’re right let me remove it”.even that is more reasonable than 75 cents tho. Shoot, 2.5 cups of milk for a large verses a splash is the same?
A true gem in downtown Lillington! We stopped by after an errand in Harnett County and were thoroughly impressed with the selection, atmosphere, and friendly service. We look forward to coming back regularly when we’re in the area!

This little shop serves hand-dipped ice cream and I had been wanting to try it for a while. I will definitely be visiting again.
