Worst Bojangles of all the ones I go to. I dread every time my family wants Bojangles. The people there have 0 personality and people skills. So much so, I have to just guess that our transaction is completed as there’s not even a “have a good one” I have to ask is that everything. The food MIGHT be correct half the time. It clear that management could care less and the people even less than that.

Went to this bojangles for lunch yesterday. Ordered two biscuit meals. After I paid with my card we got handed the food and drinks and the girl at the window never handed me my card back. I realized it was missing later that night and went on my app and put a lock on the card. My husband called up to the bojangles and confirmed that they had my card. In the middle of the night I received a fraud alert that someone tried to use my card at 1:37am and it declined because I locked it. My husband called up today to talk to a manager to let them know what happened and the manager was very defensive and rude despite the very clear evidence that someone at the store tried to commit credit card fraud. Make sure that you check that they give you back your card.
Good service and food. Always a great time at Bojangles.

Fast and delicious! Anddd they got the order correct!!! The woman doing the drive thru order was very polite and did not rush me during my order!They even have little camels on their napkins for Campbell University. So cute!

I stopped at Bojangles in Lillington today. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, but was given bacon instead of sausage. I also ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit which the chicken and biscuit were hard. I also ordered a dozen biscuits and all the biscuits are hard on top. I love bojangles but was disappointed in the Lillington bojangles. The girl working drive through was not friendly and did not smile at all. I won't be visiting that bojangles again unless friendlier people work there and the biscuits are made better.

I heard one of your part-timers tell your new employee that you guys usually don't make Uber eats orders until someone shows up. I'm pretty sure corporate would not agree considering I show up a little late to make sure you guys have time to get it together.Otherwise this is a great store and most of the crew knows the deal and works hard. I appreciate the hard work
