I used too really liked this place. Apparently there is a new owner. Something drastic happened. The menu is now anemic with lower quality items. The children's Mac and cheese is just craft Mac and cheese. The broccoli was cooked in the microwave ( soggy inside chewy outside and no seasoning). I ordered the burger. It came with no condiments on an almost stale bun. The wait staff did a fine job but the menu and food were disappointing. We will not be eating there again until changes are made.it was a great place.....

Was our first time eating here and there were 4 of us send the food was unbelievable! You have to try the grits. Heaven! And the service was also great. Jambalaya, beef stroganof and shrimp and grits were all great. We'll be going back!

First off our oysters on the half were frozen. Then the gator bites were so overcooked that we sent them back only having eaten one each.. the server did not even consider giving us any credit at all..when our entrees came out, my shrimp and grits were cold and had a weird brown gravy on it and the bacon was not bacon but ham not to mention the shrimp ..they were salad shrimp and only 5 on the plate. I only had two bites and could not stomach any more.My husband ordered the burger and when came out it was incorrect it was cold in the middle and his fries were the only edible...at NO time did anyone ask us how things were.. Learn from my mistake..go somewhere else.

Stopped in on a Thursday for lunch at 1pm. It was definitely not busy. Had about 4 tables seated which is not bad for time of day and area.My wife ordered the bourbon street sandwich (gluten free style) staff was definitely accommodating to that.I ordered the gator taco (having had gator before I was excited to have it again). Once I got my taco I counted the pieces of gator 3 in one 4 in the other two tacos. Small pieces. When I asked if this was the normal portion ($13 tacos btw) they apologized and were able to correct it almost immediately. Manager came over and made sure everything was ok after it was corrected. The servers were amazing and before I walked out two of them asked what went wrong and when I explained they were genuinely appreciative for the feed back. Will definitely be back.In 12 days from this post the bar should be open. Looking forward to finding another place for a drink around here.

So good!! We go to New Orleans frequently and absolutely love the food! We've never been able to find anything close to what we get down there but Bourbon Street bar and grill blew us away! This place is amazing!

First time there, I ordered the specialFried pork chops, they were so tough & very thin, the mashed potatoes were good. Thought We were getting a special... my pork chops cost 15.00! The sweet tea tasted like sugar water. Guess we ordered the wrong food. The best part of it all was the good music!

Birthday dinner. Started with the calamari served with an outstanding remoulade. OMG! Main course - Shrimp and Grits. Best I have had in years. So many menu items, so little time! But we will go back. Even my grandson became a believer!

Great to see the new location at last! Enjoyed several of their signature sandwiches and delightful sides, along with a few cold brews on tap. Definitely will be back to try the new menu items and enjoy the extra space and expanded selections.

Service was excellent, food is slightly above average and the atmosphere is really nice. I just can’t ethically give a good review to a place that charges 24$ a shot for Jefferson’s ocean bourbon (50$ a bottle at the store) and 18$ a shot for eagle rare. Absurd. If you’re not into bourbon, great place to eat!

Love this place! Since finding it, it has definitely moved to one of our top choices. Shrimp and grits some of the best in this area. Really love the diversity of the foods offered here for this area. Love the debris and cochon de last fries!!!
