I literally heard an employee tell a customer to use the kiosks and walk away after he said he didn't know how to use them. Thats just horrible customer service.

The service and food have gone down considerably over the last few years. They recently remodeled so we thought we'd give them a try and hope for the best. We waited a week after they re-opened and then went through the drive through. There were only 3 people working. They took our money and then we waited for over 45 minutes for the food, the order was wrong, and the food was cold. Second time we went, again there was not a full staff, you had to go in because they weren't taking drive-thru orders, and again the order was wrong, they argued that they had provided the requested condiments and even opening the bag and showing them there was none in the bag, they still refused to provide any. Had paid for a 12 piece chicken fry, they only provided an 8; ordered 2 large fries, they provided the large fry container but there were only 10 fries in each - we counted.

If I could rate a zero I would .
The drive through operator was barely speaking and kept messing up the order via speaker. Finally got to the window to pay and they didn't know what my order was and took forever to figure it out. They finally got my order in and the food was mediocre and they didn't even give me any sauce like I specifically asked. I wish I could get my money back from this experience.

I have watched 6 people including myself drive off because they know that people are wanting breakfast and purposely wait till seven they are causing this location to lose money and customer's. And most of the time there is a lady that is here in the am with the biggest attitude problem she has got real short blond hair. I think she may be a manager....

No one at the front of the store, they seemed more interested in the Drive than the customers. Burgers was very dry. Probably the best this had going was the fries, they was hot

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. The staff was rude and dismissive, failing to provide basic courtesy. They did not listen to my order properly, and as a result, my food was incorrect. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with a poor attitude rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. This experience fell far below acceptable standards of customer service and made for an unpleasant visit.

I expect better and hope management takes steps to address these issues to improve the customer experience in the future.

Waited in the drive through for TWENTY minutes only to get cold chicken nuggets. Would have left but I was pinned in.

We came at a time that was busy and seemed to be between shift pick up. Add in the extra customers from the construction site and things were a little backed up. Even with things being hectic, Keshawn and Matt were very polite and helpful with any issues we had.

I have always loved Burger King and I will continue to go there, but I just had to let you know something that smacks of people being lazy. My granddaughter had a coupon and she tried to use it in our local in Lillington, North Carolina. They told her that they could not accept her Coupon that they were too busy. Then she tried to order one of your new frozen drinks. She ordered a medium, and she got a small but was charged for medium, which we did not know until she got in the car. Since they remodeled the Burger King in Lillington service has gotten worse and worse you might want to check in
