I went in the buies creek location at 9:30 on 02/29/2024 and ordered a strawberry smoothie well the lady working said she couldn’t make me that because she had already cleaned the machine. The gentleman behind was also told the same thing. Then before we left she informed that she wouldn’t be staying over to clean the machines just to make our drinks. If that’s the case I don’t understand why the store was even open. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t be happy to know that his employee was refusing to serve his customers.

Horrible coffee. Cute place, but they do not know how to make coffee. Small town coffee shop and it is very evident by their product. Don’t waste your time if you are a coffee lover. If you enjoy watered down, weak coffee this place is for you. Every drink is super sweet with no coffee flavor. Do they even use real espresso shots??

I stopped in for a much needed coffee fix. The sweet people behind the counter fixed me up a latte that was no longer on their menu board. Amazing service and the coffee is the best

Having been here 6-7 times i feel pretty confident that this has some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Every latte is severely over sweetened with flavor syrups to the point that the drinks are thick and slimy. There is no actual flavor of coffee in the drinks either. A plain latte with no pumps of flavor tastes like just milk.I’m also pretty sure they don’t use freshly pulled espresso shots for each iced drink. Why? Oh i saw them pour from a large plastic jug full of it when I asked if they could add more coffee to my latte. These jugs were sitting underneath their big Bunn coffee machines, and the coffee is so weak I’m honestly wondering if it’s just drip coffee.If you’re looking for a high quality drink i can’t at all recommend this place. It seems more catered towards people who just like sugar.Edit for owners response:Thank you for the kind response. Unfortunately this confirms exactly what i suspected.There is a huge difference between a freshly pulled shot of espresso and cold brew. By definition, a latte is made with espresso. It being iced doesn’t change the kind of coffee being used. You are advertising one thing and delivering something completely different.

Creek Coffee is a great hang out and coffee place, perfect for a peaceful study hub or relaxation place. Their coffee is good, but if you don't like it really sweet, you may wish to ask for personalization. As is, it's really sweet.
A fun friendly place to vibe with a great drink on your own or with friends. I am not a local and regularly stop here to breathe when I travel through the area. Plenty of students and faculty from Campbell seem to frequent here. I got the Creek Mocha Latte and a cookie from Bake Lab.Dietary restrictions: They have oat, almond, soy and coconut milk!

I'm a coffee lover, so I frequent this place, and I don't think I've ever had an issue. The staff are friendly, I've never had a wrong order, and the drinks are always delicious and made beautifully. They also have a good selection of sugar free flavors, unlike starbucks, which only has one. This is a life saver for me since I'm on keto. I'm sure other customers with sugar-restricted diets will appreciate it as well.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free syrup flavors and dairy-free milks
