Food is good, but service is extremely slow. They are by far the consistently slowest of all drive throughs I have ever experienced. But the food is good.

The food is good, however these people are always mean and slower than slow. I expect to wait for made-to-order food, but this is ridiculous! They won't even sell me a cup of ice and extremely stingy w/condiments. I have to get my nerves ready to deal w/some bs when I want a good hot-dog or travel. It's a shame to have good food and the service is so nasty! By the way, go back to the fresh meat burgers!

Super neat restaurant my Wife Valerie and I happened upon on our trip to Burgaw. You can not dine in at the moment, but the burgers ? are great and so are the milkshakes! The employees are really nice. Great prices! Go there and eat lots!

Soft serve ice cream was not very good! Seemed like the recipe had changed to something that had a huge amount of water in it. Threw my cone away. That really says it all!

Anti-American establishment. They went straight from sweeping the floor and handling cash making my food but told me I had to wear a mask.
This place is awful, spent 20 minutes in line… then my wife asked for extra caramel on her sundae and the old lady said… honey I gave you a whole ladle…. Wait what? We asked to pay for extra caramel and she turned us down, was extremely rude and shook her head as we drove away… the place is gross, run down and the owner is extremely rude… even the employee was getting yelled at for offering sauce with the chicken fries… unbelievable… stay far far away!

Order was wrong and the lady at window had no interest in getting it fixed. What was 5.55 dollar meal, should have been an 11.00 meal. I took the rest of my dollars elsewhere. I had been warned about this place, but didnt listen. Not again. Please train your folks in quality customer service. That is key to folks coming back!

I give dairy freeze a 4 star because I love there food always have since I was a kid. I just think it could be a little cleaner but overall the food is great!

I've experienced rudeness nearly everytime I go in there, last time when I asked for an ice cream cup full of ice water for my dog in the car they initially refused to sell it to me because "those cups are for ice cream" then when I said "well I'm paying for it regardless of what goes in it aren't I???"...it took a discussion with the owner to figure out what to charge for it. I've experienced many times them being closed on days they are supposed to be open ( before and after Covid ) and several times when they just don't answer the phone. One of the few remaining places that won't let anyone sit down to eat even though state Covid restrictions have said all places can re open under reduced capacity. Anytime I've ever said anything the attitude I got in return was seemingly "well go somewhere else". I was going to give them another chance today but after two phone calls that rang forever and no one answers until it just hangs up, I'm done. Food is good but not worth the customer service.
