Service is not like it use to be. I ordered cinnamon bread twist and I received burnt bread with what seemed like 3 cups of brown sugar. I also purchased wings in buffalo sauce and noticed it had about 1 tbs of sauce. After calling the store and talking to the general manager “Jackie” she was rude and disrespectful. She is not a person I would have as one of the faces of ANY company. She does not try and accommodate guest needs and flat out unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend. If your order is messed up you’re screwed. It’s truly sad and unacceptable how she handles situations. I’ve been coming here 3 years now and me and my family will not be back to this location.

I ordered a delivery and order was canceled and when called to inquire said “manager” said my house is outside limits, which I am 5.5 miles away, and when I said I could not come in to pick up which is why I ordered delivery was told to try ordering papa John’s instead! Horrible customer service!!!!

This is not the first time some has complained about the SAME person. He is very rude. I’ve never met someone in this field as rude as he was. Not to mention he went straight from the back room to making pizza. Didn’t wash his hands or anything. This dominos is going to lose a lot of business due to him.

Slowest pizza place I have ever encountered. Yet to have my order be ready in under an hour lately. Worst customer service and by far the most incompetent staff at any place ive been at. It didnt used to be this bad. Im not sure what happened but I wont be going back again. Pizza Hut it is I guess.

My last two experiences at the Dominos at 1174 North Main Street in Lillington have been terrible. Tonight, Tuesday, November 5, 2024 was definitely the worst of the two. We ordered at 6pm, the app said they started prepping the order at 6:10pm. We’ve been waiting in the parking lot for a good hour. Four delivery drivers sitting waiting on orders to be finished so they can deliver. Employees were in the store laughing and playing. Multiple customers sitting around upset waiting inside the lobby and outside in the parking lot. Still waiting on our order now as of 7:20pm. Not to mention the employees told us it was just the few of them on for the store but y’all have four delivery drivers on tonight. Brysen is the only employee that was going above and beyond trying to keep things together for the store. Why do y’all have job listings for this location for drivers but y’all are not hiring for store help when that’s where you need it? Why are Dominos employees not cross-trained to help out where needed at the busiest times? It’s 7:25 and we are just now leaving the store with our food. Thank you Brysen for trying to make things right.

The manager Bryson looks about 18 yrs old doing multiple things without wasting his hands before making people’s pizza and have an attitude when approached about being sanitary. This is how people get sick sick and spread infections. I refused to order after watching him be nasty.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars. I watched the so called manager Bryson make 4 pizzas with is bare hand after taking dirty money and walking to the back without washing his hands. When I address him about it, he told me that the pizza goes into an over 400 degrees and refuses to wash his hands. He then canceled my order and asked me to leave the store and the two whites just looked. So unprofessional and rude!
