The pizza at this location is either really good or Awful.When I ordered the pizza I used the optional tracking system that stayed on “prep” then from that step it went to “N” is entering your neighborhood.The steps of it’s in the oven, and it’s being checked were not posted.I had it delivered it was a white river of extra cheese (excessive) which was with newer pieces of pepperoni.The pizza was not hot it was warmed, underneath that level was yes in my opinion an old pizza with new toppings on it.It was even cut crazy tiny slices then huge ones.The wings were white with occasional thin stripes of buffalo sauce.I don’t know how anyone with any conscience could deliver or serve that.The cold Dr pepper was amazing.

Store seemed to have a new manager and it was busy and running behind.
I am leaving a 5 star review because the manager went above and beyond. He apologized for delays while remembering customers’ names waiting for orders.
He encouraged a new guy in training while balancing getting caught up after the evening rush.
This is not a person that should be managing a Domino’s - this is someone that should be training managers on how to run their Domino’s.

This place is a joke and has been a joke for a long time now..I decided I'll give them another chance maybe things have changed. Order a simple pizza....Delivery 2 hours the reason is short staff....Heck its been the excuse every time. No wonder the other pizza places in town has more business and even a town over in buies creek. This place needs to be shut down!

Mortifying experience! I’m all for inclusion, but I cannot overlook 5+” nails with no gloves on 😳! The health of my family should not have to suffer because you want to live your authentic self! I can assure you that I not only reported this restaurant to the county health department, but have also put the word out to my immediate community. Before someone ends up with E. coli for peats’ sake!

Walked in and the only competent person was a young man. Mgr wasn’t knowledgeable about using credit cards, older fellow was clueless, finally ordered 6 pizzas for event next day. AWFUL PIZZA - do not order from here. Would give a -30 but delivery was done well.

I have been a patron of this particular store for 10 years. Apparently with the 50% odd sale, isomer service isn’t part of their business. I ordered the same pizza that I always order, pan pizza light cheese for my son. I got the pizza after waiting for an hour, and bought it home. He started eating it and not liking it. Being a parent I said eat it anyway. He said it’s very dry. I looked at the pizza after he consumed 2 slices and noticed there was about a spoon of sauce on the pizza and barely any cheese. My order was for light cheese. I didn’t say light sauce. Well my child continued to pick the pizza apart and I decided to go back to the store. Once I got there the young man that brought the pizza out to me was very kind and he understood that a child has pulled the pizza a part trying to eat it. He said he will have a new one made. Well after waiting for a few minutes some young guy “claiming” he was the manager came and said oh this pizza has been eaten. Uh yeah 2 slices and the rest pulled apart. It was 6 picked apart sliced there but you could clearly see there was no sauce or cheese on it. Well he wouldn’t budge on fixing my order what so ever. The only time I had a problem here, the manager gave me another one. I told him a child has picked it over trying to eat it. Most kids do eat when their parents say eat your food. But this guy was a complete jerk. The maker of the pizza Brandon should have been the one apologizing for making a bad pizza but no this got no where. A real manager would have fixed the problem. The GM or owner needs to tell these young people no matter how busy you are, make the order with care and correct. I wil not be going back there. I will take my business to another Dominos.

Stopped in and son ordered pizza. They helped navigate the best value for purchase. Really appreciate that as he's a teenager and beginning to be a bit more independent. . Quick, friendly service, and good meal. Thank you .
Bryce, the manager is so kind! We were in a bit of a pickle with a big order and he was great to work with! He went the extra mile and made us a special heart shaped pizza for our Valentine's dance.

Service is not like it use to be. I ordered cinnamon bread twist and I received burnt bread with what seemed like 3 cups of brown sugar. I also purchased wings in buffalo sauce and noticed it had about 1 tbs of sauce. After calling the store and talking to the general manager “Jackie” she was rude and disrespectful. She is not a person I would have as one of the faces of ANY company. She does not try and accommodate guest needs and flat out unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend. If your order is messed up you’re screwed. It’s truly sad and unacceptable how she handles situations. I’ve been coming here 3 years now and me and my family will not be back to this location.

I ordered a delivery and order was canceled and when called to inquire said “manager” said my house is outside limits, which I am 5.5 miles away, and when I said I could not come in to pick up which is why I ordered delivery was told to try ordering papa John’s instead! Horrible customer service!!!!

super friendly staff! as soon as i walked in i was greeted with such enthusiasm and was helped as well. the vibe that the staff gives is amazing. i had a great first impression with the staff here, especially being new to Lillington!
