Pathetic dominos don’t order delivery if you want everything you ordered then when you call to see if they can bring it no one answers the phone. After 8 calls back to back and not an answer I drove there and had to get what was missing. First of all 6 workers are in the building 2 of which are actually working the rest are standing around. Why wasn’t the phone answered is my big question. Just go to a different pizza place I’m sure you’ll have a better experience there since this dominos can’t even answer a phone.

Just had an awesome experience at Domino's! 🍕 I walked in, and there was one employee absolutely killing it behind the counter. Seriously, this guy was on fire! From taking orders to tossing dough, he handled everything like a pro.
The pizza was delicious and made just right, but it was his energy and dedication that really stood out. He deserves a raise for sure! If you're craving some pizza, definitely check this place out. Great food and even better service! 🙌🍕

Domino's what have you done? Ordered a pizza that was too thin in the middle - sauce and toppings caused the pizza to be too wet (mushy) and stick to the box (which is not as sturdy feeling now). Dough did not have the normal taste. I personally think it could have been cooked a little better. Hope this was an off night and this doesn't keep happening

The flavor is good and fresh, but stop being so skimpy. They must get a bonus for not using too much. I'll spend my $74 elsewhere.

On September 22nd 2025 I ordered a pizza online. Now my name is clearly Brigtte not Brittany and the white lady proceeded to say my name wrong as if I not my cousin repeated this. Not to mention I originally sent my cousin in the store to get my order because my foot is messed up so he had to come back to the car to get me out to get my order and she still kept saying my name wrong. On her behalf it’s bad customer service and I deserve to be treated with respect, not to be played with as if we didn’t tell you

Ordered online with multiple toppings on 2 large pizzas. Received 2 cheese pizzas. My husband is still on hold. Should have gone to a different town.
I ordered a pizza online for delivery. Then my order was cancelled and I just so happen to look at tracking to find this out. I called the store to find out why. I was told we don’t deliver there. When I said you just delivered here last week I was told that was Angier location. It absolutely was not! Then he said we tried to call you but you didn’t answer. As I am typing this review I still haven’t received a phone call. It’s an hour later. Next the customer service and lack of caring is ridiculous. Also I have lived at this address for over 20 years and when I have had dominos delivered in the past it always defaults to Lillington against my better judgment. Lesson learned

The pizza at this location is either really good or Awful.When I ordered the pizza I used the optional tracking system that stayed on “prep” then from that step it went to “N” is entering your neighborhood.The steps of it’s in the oven, and it’s being checked were not posted.I had it delivered it was a white river of extra cheese (excessive) which was with newer pieces of pepperoni.The pizza was not hot it was warmed, underneath that level was yes in my opinion an old pizza with new toppings on it.It was even cut crazy tiny slices then huge ones.The wings were white with occasional thin stripes of buffalo sauce.I don’t know how anyone with any conscience could deliver or serve that.The cold Dr pepper was amazing.

Store seemed to have a new manager and it was busy and running behind.
I am leaving a 5 star review because the manager went above and beyond. He apologized for delays while remembering customers’ names waiting for orders.
He encouraged a new guy in training while balancing getting caught up after the evening rush.
This is not a person that should be managing a Domino’s - this is someone that should be training managers on how to run their Domino’s.
