On September 22nd 2025 I ordered a pizza online. Now my name is clearly Brigtte not Brittany and the white lady proceeded to say my name wrong as if I not my cousin repeated this. Not to mention I originally sent my cousin in the store to get my order because my foot is messed up so he had to come back to the car to get me out to get my order and she still kept saying my name wrong. On her behalf it’s bad customer service and I deserve to be treated with respect, not to be played...

Store seemed to have a new manager and it was busy and running behind.
I am leaving a 5 star review because the manager went above and beyond. He apologized for delays while remembering customers’ names waiting for orders.
He encouraged a new guy in training while balancing getting caught up after the evening rush.
This is not a person that should be managing a Domino’s - this is someone that should be training managers...
