I went for fish sandwiches I asked for them to be fresh TWICE the lady assured me they would be I waited got the sandwiches and they didn’t even have steam those sandwiches was redipped in hot grease bring back up and tasted badly I called the store the manager said he made them and they were fresh when I know they weren’t . Asked me to bring receipts and food back when I told him I was already home

Ordered 2 Frisco breakfast sandwiches. Got home, bread correct, but cold and hard on sides. I received 2 sausage, egg, cheese sandwiches on Frisco bread. Tried to call, no answer. Tried website for refund on receipt, site would not load. Very disappointed. Will not return. Spend $$ and get wrong item and nobody cares to answer phone. No voicemail option.

Jorge was the most respectful, polite,efficient, hardworking young person I have seen in a while
Decided to stop for dinner, which was a huge mistake after pulling up to the drive-through and the Spanish lady that was working The drive-through asked me three times what I wanted. My order was still incorrect. I asked for a number five single plain
Each time I told her what I wanted the response was what ? what do you want to drink Coke? You said Sprite.?
After pulling up and paying for the order, I was asked to pull forward so she could get fresh fries After receiving the order, my fries were cold. The burger was cold, and the burger is still made incorrectly and the bread was missing a chunk.
Guess the saying is correct I should’ve went to Burger King so I could have had it my way.

Frequent this restaurant for lunch and I always leave satisfied. The building could definitely use some updates. It’s been around a while. The cooks always have a great attitude. Cashiers are always pleasant. Miss a few of the old crew, but overall recommend Hardee’s of Lillington for food.
