Food was not good at all. Paid 20$ and it was cold and just nasty. Won't be going back.

zero stars for service if google reviews would let me. I sat at the drivethru speaker for 6 minutes with no acknowledgement from them. I said hello multiple times to try and get their attention, when they finally did answer I tried to order their seasonal item, a peach shake. They apparently couldn't understand me and said cheesecake? and I repeated no, a peach shake, they still didn't understand I spelled out peach, they still didn't understand, but when I said nevermind to leave they could apparently hear that. This is not the first time I've had bad/slow service. In the past one time I tried to order they only took cash, they are always slow with food prep. I don't know why I bothered giving them another chance but I won't moving forward.

I went through the drive thru on my 30 minute lunch break and it took at least 20 minutes to get my food as they “needed to cook it” at 4:30pm (understandable) except when I got it the chicken tenders were all soggy.. then the icing on the cake was watching a worker run in to work without a shirt on and his Hardee’s shirt in his hand. Very disappointing experience this location used to be good but I don’t think it deserves any more chances..

Demarquis, the young guy in the drive through, is the absolute best! He is always smiling, always friendly! He’s efficient, friendly, and prompt at the speaker too. I really hope Hardee’s holds onto him as an employee! I just had to give him a shout out. He definitely makes the mornings brighter when we come through!

This Hardee's is suppose to open at 5. And when my husband goes to work at 515 half the time they dont open till 545 or 6am depending on the manager on duty. They will have cars just sitting n the drive thur and won't say one word to them. It's a little Ridiculous that Noone wants to Do their jobs. We would love to try the strawberry lemonade biscuit but it's kinda hard when yall aren't open on time.

They gave us cold food I recommend you eat at another Hardee’s.Its fast food, food is supposed to be fresh.

This place needs some work. They have issues regularly with drink machines, needing exact change, cash register/system fails and drive thru being down(repeatedly). I go to the drive thru for convenience and again today was told I had to come in, drive thru was down. Past few months have been one excuse after another. No wonder staff is not the most pleasant at times.

We went thru the drive thru and got two bag lunches hotdog and ham and cheeses the fry’s tasted nasty they need to change their oil they didn’t warm the ham up and hotdog was like they stood back and through the chili on it it was all over the place in the box and on the outside of it. All in all very nasty. Never again.

They were supposed to open at 6AM. After entering the drive thru at 6:05 I sat there for 4 minutes when they came on the speaker and said very matter of factly “it’s gonna be another 15-20min.” Nothing more.

Just moved here and this is probably the worst Hardee’s location I have ever been to. They constantly give cold food like nothing is ever fresh. It’s like they made the chicken at 5am and let it sit. I can’t eat it because it’s that disgusting. It’s literally all soggy I spit out the other piece I bit because I thought the other side would be better 🤣 I was wrong
