Demarquis, the young guy in the drive through, is the absolute best! He is always smiling, always friendly! He’s efficient, friendly, and prompt at the speaker too. I really hope Hardee’s holds onto him as an employee! I just had to give him a shout out. He definitely makes the mornings brighter when we come through!
I normally come here for a biscuit once or twice a week for myself and my family of five. This morning 10/11/24 there was someone working the drive-through that we had not dealt with yet and we were not impressed. The people they have corresponding with the customers need training in the customer service department. we ended up going somewhere else for the rest of our family’s breakfast.
The lady serving me was amazing, she was super sweet. The wait time wasn't long I went to the bathroom and came back out and my food was done. First time here and I'd say personally I loved it!
