very disappointing., who would serve this .. as a KIDS meal at that .. come on do better . very crappy service & nasty food . meanwhile e waited at the window for 10 minutes or longer ..

Stopped here on the way back to Fayetteville and I've never received my food so fast, not even through a drive-thru. The chicken cheese steak is soooo good!!

Cheese steak barely had any meat in it! They used to be really thick and yummy. Now it was mostly bread. Tasted good, though! Staff needs to be better acquainted with hand sanitizer.

We ate there this afternoon and had the most wonderful service provided by Aniah. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our meal and experience wonderful! She is an asset to the restaurant.

I am really sad to even be giving this place a review because my family and I come here often and it’s always been great service and good food! I don’t know what was wrong tonight or if everyone was just having a bad night but as soon as you walked in you could tell the atmosphere was off and I should’ve known right there it wasn’t going to be a great experience. We weren’t even greeted when walked in just asked if we were dining in. we then got sat at a table that wasn’t even wiped down or anything. My burger was made incorrectly and I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the mountain of diced onions they had put on my burger (something I didn’t even ask for) and when I couldn’t find our server, who went missing for half of our experience there, and asked another one she made a face like it was an issue to correct a mistake that had been made. I am usually understanding as it’s not always the server’s fault if my food is made incorrectly but the way our server was acting, I wouldn’t have been surprised if she put our order in incorrectly. That doesn’t even stop right there.. the lemonade tasted old, we weren’t given any ranch or silverware for our loaded fries, my kids weren’t given spoons for their applesauce, our burgers had no seasoning even with all the toppings on but yet again we couldn’t find our server for anything (which her name was Tian’a according to our receipt and I didn’t get the other servers name but her attitude wasn’t it either.) This is the first time we’ve had an issue but how expensive food is nowadays, I would’ve expected better. I always try to be nice and understanding because I know people have bad days or things can be off sometimes but when you have your servers and cooks (who btw are visible to your customers) talking crap and making faces then that’s when the issue becomes an even bigger problem. Extremely disappointed with our service and food this evening. SMH…

Once again I have spent my hard earned money & they got my order WRONG... The restaurant asked me for another chance when my last review was bad- well this was another & LAST chance. They didn't even offer a refund either time.
