This location started out to be ok when it opened up, but has dropped off a cliff since then. On multiple occasions I have gone in there and gotten my order wrong. On almost every occasion the employees have been excessively rude.

I don't understand how a location (especially for a franchise as expensive as jersey mike's) can make it so difficult to give them money. Often employees make it feel lile a chore or a burden that someone is there. Or they might try to ration the things I am allowed to purchase from the store.

Is it just me or the girls working the counter very absent ? Got 4 sandwiches paid 80$ and change. On making the order I asked for extra pickles on one sandwich , I received one pickle… I asked to mark the sandwiches as each had different styles, guess what? She made two steps to the register and forgot what was what mind you they weren’t even all wrapped she just wrapped one. Guys in the back and guy at the register A++ . Would not recommend coming here at all unless you want to be angry from inception of making simple sandwiches. Much rather go to the nasty subway down the road , atleast their employees have a brain.

The last two times I have been there, 10/21/25 most recent, they did not change gloves after taking payments to finishing up sandwiches. I love Jersey Mike's subs but I think this practice is unsanitary.

Aight, lemme put y’all on real quick: Gwen at Jersey Mike’s? Certified sandwich sorceress 🧙‍♀️🥪. I rolled in just tryna grab a sub, but Gwen turned that into a whole vibe. She greeted me like I was the long-lost cousin from a sitcom reunion — “Heyyy, welcome in!” — and I swear I heard theme music.
She was slicing that turkey like it owed her money, stacking lettuce like she was building a skyscraper, and still had time to hit me with a “You want extra pickles, fam?” Gwen knew. She’s got that sixth sense for sandwich customization. I didn’t even have to speak — she read my hunger like a book. Gwen didn’t just serve a sub, she served emotional support with a side of chips.
If Jersey Mike’s had a loyalty program based on vibes, Gwen would be platinum-tier. I’d trust her to officiate my wedding, run my fantasy football team, and pick my Spotify playlist. Gwen, you’re the MVP of meat and mood. 5 stars, no crumbs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am absolutely 100% happy with this location. Wver since they opened all my sandwiches, salads, wraps are always made perfectly. Employees ask how i want my sandwich and it's made just the way I like it. All employees have always greeted me with such friendliness and polite manner.
I will continue to dine in and take a friend everytime I go. Thank you Jersey Mike's.

I’ve completely changed my mind about this place. The last couple of times the food hasn’t been hitting the spot like it usually does. The bread is either completely soggy or extremely hard, the attitudes are noticeable on the workers (not even a single greeting when walking in like before,) the sub in the tub is always half done (barely chopped and they gave me rock hard bacon on top) but truly this place has just gone downhill. I knew it was way too good to be true.. I truly hope a 180 will be done. Until then.. I won’t be ordering from this location no more.

Bro out here smashing sandwiches as he makes them. Asked nicely for him not to do that and he says “this is how they are.”

Every time I order something here it’s always wrong. Tonight I ordered a big kahuna cheesesteak with extra chipotle mayo, with that they usually put a few good lines on. It was written down as such. I get home and my sandwich is absolutely drowned in regular mayo like an obcene amount of mayo like an entire half a cup. It’s was disgusting, I had to throw it out. It cannot be this hard to follow simple written instructions. We will not be back. My only regret is not taking a picture of the monstrosity I was given.

The food isn't worth the price you get more vegetables (lettuce) than anything. Asked for extra onions and hardly got any. Hardly got any banana peppers or jalapenos. $26 for a large sub and drink and they try to up sale you.

Asked for extra sauce. Like extra extra. Specifically extra chipotle mayo. I don’t know who made my sub, but whoever it was LISTENED. Loaded that puppy DOWN. Thank you goat 🙏

When Jersey Mike’s opened in Lillington, my first reaction was, “That’s a strange spot for a sandwich shop.” Still, I decided to give it a try. I went in today and ordered two regular Mushroom and Swiss subs with extra Portobello mushrooms (which cost an additional dollar and change per sandwich).

When I got my food and saw the total, over $24, I was stunned. The sandwiches were tiny. When I got home, I actually put them on a scale. The heaviest one was only 7.5 ounces. For that price, I expected something substantial, not a sub that’s 70% bread and barely any filling. Even with the “extra” mushrooms, it didn’t look like they added any more than the standard amount.

To put it in perspective, I’m a 6-foot, 200-pound man. A lunch that actually fills me up usually weighs 16 to 24 ounces. These two sandwiches together didn’t even hit that, and they didn’t come with chips or a drink.

I asked the cashier how business was going. She hesitated, then said things have been pretty slow. Honestly, that doesn’t surprise me. Between the odd location and ridiculous prices for undersized food, I won’t be going back.

A single large sandwich costs over $17 — and might weigh just 1 pound. That’s insane.

$17 for a sandwich? Are you kidding me?

UPDATE: I would have expected at the very least an incentive to return and not a plainly apparent cut and paste response. Ridiculous.

Placed an online order for pickup at 7:30 it’s now 8:00 and still haven’t gotten food. If you order a hot sub be prepared to wait 30+ minutes.

This place is great for a quality sub! It's just particularly slow some days, but worth it!
