Today had to pull up for Hash browns, Iced Coffee & a soda. Several cars behind me received food and left. Waited over 10 mins before I had to go inside to ask for food. This is the second time in a month they pulled me up and basically forgot I was there.Makes no sense that they did not notice me sitting there waiting. Will NOT be pulling up next time. I am a regular customer. I understand that at times there is a wait and I'm normally a patient person but this was just ridiculous.

Management was very unhelpful when I came to pick up an Uber eats that somebody stole. They were more concerned with the cost of the food, which is like $1 than to fulfill the order so the customer they were more concerned with the cost of the food, which is like $1. So the customer doesn't get their food, and I don't get paid for the order. Also you guys can hold up your pride. Definitely didn't do the right thing
