My husband drove all the way there to get a to go order. Normally they are incredible. However, months ago they charged us for an extra meal we didn't get and did NOT make it right and months later he gets home and they charged him fir thr full meal which includes beans and rice but all there was, 2 tacos with tough and old tasting meat . I am so disappointed. And there is zero point to drive 25 min back. Just want go back again. That's 2x now.

Still a great place for great food and great service. The staff is always friendly and attentive. highly recommended the fajitas and margaritas.

We ordered take-out. The burritos are delicious, the salsa and cheese dip are up to par. Overall, everything was great. The only thing that wasn't great is that our cheese dip was ice cold (my partner didn't even recognize it as cheese dip) as was the salsa (literally had some ice crystals in it). But, easy to re-heat dip, and salsa is meant to be cold, so not a deal-killer by any means.

My experience was so bad and the cheese dip was milk??? Also for my order it came with sour cream and guacamole but I had to ask for it after the food came… I don’t understand?

The food is really good here. But it’s better if you just get your food to go rather than dine in. The waitress we had messed up my drink order and my sisters drink order, wrong sized drink and wrong rim coating on the glass. They offered to make my sisters drink the smaller size but didn’t offer to give me the larger sized drink I requested. Like no apology? Wack. But the food is very. Breakfast burritos are a good size, and the other burritos were very flavorful. For margaritas the strawberry and mango were delicious, but the lime margarita was very gross. The cheese dip here is like white people cheese dip, very liquidy and no spices or flavor in it.

Parking: Free parking in front of restaurant, but it is a little limited. Easier to park in the grocery store parking lot beside the restaurant

good food and great service

We have been coming here for yrs. The past 6 months or so the quality and service is not the same. We were very dissapointed the past few times we have gone. Wanted to give them another chance or two and same, the qaulity of food is not what it used to be. This place used to be our go to, not anymore. You can see by other reviews, I am not the only one saying this..... We started going somewhere else unfortunately.

Wait staff needs to work as a team instead of individual service, and certain wait staff are stealing from you Jesus. Some of the male staff act like children when working. You’ve got cameras, watch and listen or be there to witness, however when you are in the store they act differently. Either be there, to “Manage” or have someone there to be a reputable manager other than Rafiel.
This is not the Mi Casita that I have known for many, many years! Sportszone is a money maker for you. Your Mexican restaurant locations are going to suffer loses due to lack of good management. Trust what I am saying here. After posting this, and returning to the restaurant the staff appeared to be aware of my previous post, and would not speak to me and avoided giving me service. I would walk in the door and they would scatter in an effort to avoid me. I understand that Mexicans stick together as a culture, but it was me that felt discriminated against. With this being practiced in this restaurant I feel that I need to find a friendlier environment/restaurant to spend my money at. With proper management this for me would not be occurring! Hate to part ways Jesus, I do appreciate the good times!

The food was ok, and needs some work. The guacamole had entirely too much tomatoes, onions and no flavor. The guacamole barely covered it. The nachos were ok…

Good portion sizes, friendly service, but unkept.
Portion sizes are very fair, and the flavor is decent. All the standard dishes are available, and each meal comes with chips and salsa. The service is pretty nice, and the interactions are minimal. For the price, the food is very fair. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant, bar, and especially the bathrooms does not impress.

We went here for lunch this past Sunday and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from the Burrito Azteca.
