Delicious pizza and amazing service

Despite hours clearly posted on the door and hours online being the same, the younger members of this location's staff just close the store whenever they feel like it. Twice now I've ordered online and come to pick up (once 30 minutes before closing, and today (02/07/25) 17 minutes before closing) only to be greeted by staff members outside with the store already locked up telling me they're closed not making any orders no matter how long ago they were placed.

Always great and they support the schools which is even better. I run concessions for our band and when I tell the kids it's papa johns they are excited!

Whoever the manager is that is working today (01/03/2025) needs to work on her customer service skills and how she speaks to people. I ordered food, open my boxes, and realize they gave me marinara instead of nacho cheese (no biggie) then I open my box of Oreo papa bites and realize there’s no cream cheese so as I am speaking she cuts me off and says “there’s no little plastic container with cream cheese in it?” I said no, I’m looking at the box right now and she got super defensive and said “well I boxed that myself and know I put it in there.” I asked my oldest child to look and see if he sees it in there or anywhere.. and guess what? NONE. Also, I like my pizza well done but this burnt & crispy! I wouldn’t have even written this review if I didn’t get the nasty, snarky remarks from whoever answered the phone. I couldn’t even make out her name because she spoke so fast. Unnecessary attitude!

As I type I am eating what I would classify as the best pizza I have ever gotten from this papa johns. I wish I would have remembered to take a photo, but I was just so gobsmacked by the beauty of the pizza in the box. The pepperonis? Perfectly spaced, like a piece of art you would hang on the wall. The crust? Absolutely delicious classic stuffed to perfection. The sauce? The perfect balance of flavors with just the extra I asked for. The cheese? Well, that part you can’t mess up. Cheese is always incredible.

Now this is by no means the first pizza I’ve had here. I order from this papa John’s once a week and if I ever have to move away I’m going to be devastated to leave this fine dining behind. It takes superhuman self control to avoid ordering from them 7 days a week.

The people are always friendly. The pizza is always the melodies of heaven on my taste buds. I once ordered 20 pizzas for a work function and every single one was perfect. I’m not kidding.

This papa John’s is giving the viral papa John’s kid a run for his money. And I love his videos.

Anywho, if you want to order pizza order here. You won’t regret it, and if you do there’s something wrong with you. No, I am not under the influence of anything and no, no one even asked me to write a review. I was just seriously craving this pizza and they came in absolute clutch, as always.

I hate this location so much. I love Papa John’s Pizza Hut the service is always terrible. Carry out takes 45 minutes. Delivery ends up being over an hour. No matter what day of the week or time.

I got a large pepperoni pizza it wasn't fresh made dough on this pizza it tasted like it had been in the freezer for a right good while the crust was like trying to chew shoe leather and everything was extremely dry

What a terrible pizza. We ordered a “New York style” pizza, and it was soggy, undercooked, and the sauce was sooo sweet. I’m sitting here with a stomach ache! Never buying from this location.

Don't be in a hurry...
The point of an online order ready to pick up is to have it ready when it says it will be.
If I wanted to wait thirty minutes to an hour I would have just gotten delivery
Online said 15mins and 45 mins later a rude cashier with a smart mouth topped it off for me...

They make up their own rules all the time. One day they stop taking courier deliveries at 10:00, another day it might be 10:30, maybe 11 next week. Manager straight lied in my face and when I caught her on her lie (easily) she just denied me because she has her manager pants on! Make it make sense pizza crew
