According to above statement it said buffet is 7 days a week but when arriving on a Sunday the person at the register stated that it is only Monday through Friday. Kind of disappointing

Time warp to back when Pizza Hut was amazing! Lunch buffet was delicious. Cinnamon sticks were amazing! The pan pizzas were hot and fresh and delicious!

I don't know what we walked into today! We arrived a little after 1pm for a buffet lunch. There were 3 tables sitting with dirty dishes and trash on them. (noone in sight that had just left) We waited for food to be put out, but then had NO plates to eat off of. When we asked for clean plates, we were given a stack of paper plates! The lasagna had been out for so long the noodles were hard so we asked for fresh lasagna and for some reason they didn't wanna put more on the buffet and said instead they would give us a small dish of it. We were shocked at this place today.

Lillington NC location. Can't review the food because we never got any. Total wait time was 30 minutes with no one even taking our drink order. Waitress came to the table in front of of us twice and they already had their food and never once even spoke to us or came to our table. The only thing I can rate is the management and service and it was terrible. I will say the salad bar looked like it hadn't been serviced in a while, the lettuce looked wilted and compacted and everything on it looked highly unappetizing. This location is in dire need of new management and staff.

I’m very particular about my pizza and I’ve never had an issue here! They’re always so nice and I always tip the drivers extra because of the consistency I get every single time. It was a little overrated at first but I’ve truly noticed a 180 not only in the food but just in general! I hope it stays this way! One of my favorite places to order from! Also, whoever made my pizza today (02/07/2025) this thing right here is BOMB! Still hot and so fresh! Thank you!!

Just picked up a pizza today after completing a 13 hour drive, my husband and I were exhausted and just wanted something quick. The pizza was doughy and half cooked! Ugh, we've never experienced this at the Lillington location, next time we'll go to the Dunn location.

We have not been to Pizza Hut in a while, so I ask my wife let’s get some pizza at the hut. Boy do I regret this decision. Server was rude, salad bar looked awful. I could not eat my salad. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. The lady yelled “excuse me can I get some water”. Server bought water but looked like she was so angry. Our server never once came to see if we needed more soda. However she was on her phone the entire time we were eating. And of course she fixed herself a cup of soda to drink as she text. She spend the entire time we were there on her freaking phone. We never got more soda. Everyone on phones who is in charge? I will guarantee you one thing. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. Grew up loving Pizza Hut. They should fire every person working today at 3:00 Sunday January 12th. We will never eat here again. Where was management?

Triple Treat Box!! Wow! Absolutely delicious. 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and cinnamon swirly rolls-all for about $23!! Can’t beat it!! Excellent value.
