I am big on giving reviews when I have a great experience. One of my favorite foods is Hibachi, however, I am not big on vegetables so the meat, rice and sauce have to have good flavor. Another problem I have is I typically crave it on Mondays when most Japanese and Chinese restaurants are closed. Well tonight I discovered Sarkus Express in Lillington and it was pretty dang good.
