I am big on giving reviews when I have a great experience. One of my favorite foods is Hibachi, however, I am not big on vegetables so the meat, rice and sauce have to have good flavor. Another problem I have is I typically crave it on Mondays when most Japanese and Chinese restaurants are closed. Well tonight I discovered Sarkus Express in Lillington and it was pretty dang good. This restaurant is located on a side street off of US 421. I found it while looking for a parking spot with the intention of eating at another restaurant. I decided to give this establishment a try after seeing their daily lunch specials advertised in front of the entrance. I had the daily special and a tea. My meal (including tip) was less than $10. Service was quick and my teriyaki chicken was very good. I was out the door and on my way in less than 30 minutes.It was counter...
