I wait every year for the oatmilk apple crisp macchiato to come back. I went to get my first one of the year today. They had a new trainee make it, and I was a little nervous, but it turned out excellent. I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! I just wish this location was more compatible with the app.

Filthy and gross! I’m shocked this place hasn’t been shut down. All of the counters are dirty and sticky from spills. The tables and chairs are gross and look like they have never been cleaned. All the while the staff sit in the corner on their phones with their feet up on the table and throw an attitude if you ask if you can order a coffee and tea.

This Starbucks NEVER has order ahead available, which sucks b/c you’ll miss out on any deals with the App. As well as any stars you have, useless rewards.

This particular Starbucks location is on a campus. With thousands of students my expectation of service was 5 stars. College kids have to get to class and stay up to study right?No one said Hi welcome to Starbucks. I asked for a good product so instead of them tell me they are out they just ignore me and I assumed they charged me for it. Secondly I asked for Chocolate Cold Foam. I received 2 drops of milk froth on my drink. My drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. The guy was passive aggressive and talking about customers. I will definitely be calling corporate. I wish I could upload the picture of my drink. I will never return to this location.

LOVE the staff here! they are always so friendly and are willing to recommend similar drinks if they are currently out of what you'd like. it's always clean, too, which is a plus for me.
