Never open during their advertised hours. Complete waste of time every time I go here. Their ONLY redeeming quality is that they're on the campus, IF you can get to them while they're open.

This Starbucks NEVER has order ahead available, which sucks b/c you’ll miss out on any deals with the App. As well as any stars you have, useless rewards.

This particular Starbucks location is on a campus. With thousands of students my expectation of service was 5 stars. College kids have to get to class and stay up to study right?No one said Hi welcome to Starbucks. I asked for a good product so instead of them tell me they are out they just ignore me and I assumed they charged me for it. Secondly I asked for Chocolate Cold Foam. I received 2 drops of milk froth on my drink. My drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. The guy was passive aggressive and talking about customers. I will definitely be calling corporate. I wish I could upload the picture of my drink. I will never return to this location.

What moooore can i say about starbucks!!! Yes they not cheap but no one i said no one have the same service! The coffee taste!! And most of all! The customer servise for any problem!

LOVE the staff here! they are always so friendly and are willing to recommend similar drinks if they are currently out of what you'd like. it's always clean, too, which is a plus for me.

Staff over changes, they are out of cups, Aramark allows them not to wear masks but they can't take reusable cups even though they're out of cups. I should have spent my 6 bucks at creek coffee.

I send my daughter gifts cards for star bucks yet this particular store does not accept gift cards?? Yet on your website for this store it advertises gift cards. Disappointing to know they do not accept them. Should not matter if they are on a college campus. I think it is more a staff issue than anything!
