Man was 1 of 3 workers working the line today and he is always very nice but he did have a longer line and was noticeably flustered. Taller black woman came up to help but not without a snippy comment. She seemed annoyed she had to help him at all. Just remember customers see everything in a place like Subway. Maybe next time save the passive aggressive comments for after you don't have customers in the building with you. Thank you to the man who finished making my sandwich for always remaining pleasant any time I've been in.

On February 25, 2025, I went to the Lillington Subway to get the $6.99 meal deal. I asked the lady what meat was available for the day. She told me meatballs. I said ok and proceeded with my order. When I got to the register, the gentleman rung it up at a higher price. When I questioned it, he said the meat was teriyaki chicken. I told him I was told meatball. He still charged me at the higher price even though the lady told him I was told meatball (btw, I was offered to have the teriyaki chicken sandwich done but I refused because I was on my lunch time and I had already waited long enough). I am not patronizing them anymore. What he should have done, was given it to me at the meal deal price because that is what another employee gave me the wrong information.
Then today I learned from another coworker, that on the same day I went she got the teriyaki chicken meal deal and was still charged over $12.00. I see they like to overcharge you. I rather take my business to Jersey Mike's. At least I know what I am paying a higher price for.

I waited 23 mins at the window watching this man and n his phone while I was waiting to be helped. He never came to the window so I drove off without ordering. This is sad when you get paid to be on your phone instead of servicing people.

Great quick bite to eat in Lillington. Right on the corner, easy to find, a little tricky leaving the parking area because of location and traffic, but just be patient, there will be a break in the cars! But!! The food-I highly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki!! The real highlight is the new food long cookies and brownies! Yummy! Very much worth the $5 add on if you have a sweet tooth at all!

This is the best subway in the area I don’t like the one in fuquay or Angier because they are rude or skimp on the sandwich this one doesn’t the owner does a good job so does the team here and they open on time.
Parking: Pull in through the gas station is the easiest.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of space and a section in the front if you have a grumpy toddler like I do and need some private space.
Went in to purchase a sandwich platter. Store was empty and staff was congregated in the back talking. When my presence was finally acknowledged, I told them I had been trying to call and order a sandwich platter. I was told “our phone is broken”. I was also told that they couldn’t make me a platter without a 24 hour notice. I could understand if the store was busy, but it was completely empty. I immediately called Jersey Mike’s and they had a platter made for me within 30 minutes. The customer service was worth the drive. Please do better Subway.

Enjoyed my sandwich. Staff was very nice. Owner of this subway does not allow coupons to be used. That's not the staff's fault. Some people go to eat at a place because they have a coupon. This place could use some upgrades.

Use to frequent this Subway more. I ordered the Turkey Cali Sub (6 inch), the combination of the filling was delicious, however my bread was toasted to hard and became chewy. so I only ate half of the bread and the remaining filling. I also ordered 3 chocolate chips cookies, which were also extra crunchy and a little on the extra cooked side. Don't know when I'll return. Not the same service and food I'm used to. Must have been a change in management. I will also add that staff was laughing at a customer who was in the drive-thru window because of the amount of time it took to prepare her food. I will add that they were also slower than normal when preparing the food. Some people have limited time for lunch breaks and they're taking the opportunity to ensure that you as the staff can remain employed and your response is to laugh.
