Man was 1 of 3 workers working the line today and he is always very nice but he did have a longer line and was noticeably flustered. Taller black woman came up to help but not without a snippy comment. She seemed annoyed she had to help him at all. Just remember customers see everything in a place like Subway. Maybe next time save the passive aggressive comments for after you don't have customers in the building with you. Thank you to the man who finished making my sandwich for always remaining pleasant any time I've been in.

My husband and I got very sick a few hours after eating here. They were already not helpful when I ordered, then we got sick afterwards. We won't be back.

On February 25, 2025, I went to the Lillington Subway to get the $6.99 meal deal. I asked the lady what meat was available for the day. She told me meatballs. I said ok and proceeded with my order. When I got to the register, the gentleman rung it up at a higher price. When I questioned it, he said the meat was teriyaki chicken. I told him I was told meatball. He still charged me at the higher price even though the lady told him I was told meatball (btw, I was offered to have the teriyaki chicken sandwich done but I refused because I was on my lunch time and I had already waited long enough). I am not patronizing them anymore. What he should have done, was given it to me at the meal deal price because that is what another employee gave me the wrong information.
Then today I learned from another coworker, that on the same day I went she got the teriyaki chicken meal deal and was still charged over $12.00. I see they like to overcharge you. I rather take my business to Jersey Mike's. At least I know what I am paying a higher price for.

I waited 23 mins at the window watching this man and n his phone while I was waiting to be helped. He never came to the window so I drove off without ordering. This is sad when you get paid to be on your phone instead of servicing people.

Great quick bite to eat in Lillington. Right on the corner, easy to find, a little tricky leaving the parking area because of location and traffic, but just be patient, there will be a break in the cars! But!! The food-I highly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki!! The real highlight is the new food long cookies and brownies! Yummy! Very much worth the $5 add on if you have a sweet tooth at all!
The store manager Katie, was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and provided great customer service.

This is the best subway in the area I don’t like the one in fuquay or Angier because they are rude or skimp on the sandwich this one doesn’t the owner does a good job so does the team here and they open on time.
Parking: Pull in through the gas station is the easiest.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of space and a section in the front if you have a grumpy toddler like I do and need some private space.

Went in to purchase a sandwich platter. Store was empty and staff was congregated in the back talking. When my presence was finally acknowledged, I told them I had been trying to call and order a sandwich platter. I was told “our phone is broken”. I was also told that they couldn’t make me a platter without a 24 hour notice. I could understand if the store was busy, but it was completely empty. I immediately called Jersey Mike’s and they had a platter made for me within 30 minutes. The customer service was worth the drive. Please do better Subway.
