Placed a mobile order, but we were given half of meal. Husband went inside and let the staff know he was missing part of his order, which was met with “no you’re not.” PARDON!? He showed the woman his mobile receipt, he was being more than polite and was simply trying to get the rest of his $14 meal. She went and grabbed a bag, handed it to him crumpled up, and he left. He didn’t check it until he got to the car and naturally it still didn’t have his food. He was given 4 chips. Not an exaggeration, he was handed 4 chips. The chips and queso he paid extra to add to his meal was 4 chips minus the queso. He was also not given his taco. Kind of odd that the staff would accuse their customer of lying, when shown proof of order, still not actually give them their food. He decides to just take the L on the meal and leave because the confrontational attitude coming from the employee was insane.

I'm always standing there 30 minutes to a hour because the service is so slow due to being understaffed and the veggies are always wilting
Today is pizza day. Taco bell advertising on TV. We jumped in the car went to taco bell. Mexican pizza advertising for 3.14. We ordered 3. Total was 23 an some change. Lady, said she didn't know anything about this day. Pissed, got our order an left. I feel the manager owes us a refund. Hope the manager, gets back to me.

I won't be accepting another Doordash or UberEats order from this location again. The only thing they're consistent at is messing up orders and doubling wait times. They never use their second food line, just one, no matter how busy. Negligent, prideful, and unapologetic management is to blame.Even Gordon Ramsay couldn't save them at this point. Chuck em in the bin!
My husband stopped on his way home to get dinner for him, myself and our son. He got me the Crunchwrap. Ummmmm if I wanted lettuce and tomato on a tortilla and hard shell I’d made a salad! Do better!!!
