Really no service anymore. Once you order at kiosk food comes out in a good amount of time and then you are on your own. Tables need to be cleaned more frequently. Sad that once you get the food no one cares what happens, nor does anyone check. There is literally no supervision of the lobby.
The food came out very fast and was made very well and our order wasn't wrong for once and the person at the counter didn't waste time so I got to give props to y'all
Parking: There were about 10-20 parking spaces for us it was empty probably because we were there at 12 on Friday
Kid-friendliness: It's a taco bell it's not like there telling us to get our kids out of there
Wheelchair accessibility: There is ramps and wheelchair tables
Wait time is ridiculous and when I got my food none of it had cheese or lettuce. They gave me a 12 pack of only beef tacos. 0 stars

The kisok could be more intuitive. Make it a milar to the menu behind the counter.
When we made our order, just before we got to the pay screen, the kiosk crashed. Very aggravating.
Ok, so eventually we got or order. Almost. They set the food up in a bag like it was "to go". It was not. Then they disappeared. No drinks. No hot sauce. No hot sauce at the condiments counter.
That's all behind us now. Let's eat. I had 3 crunchy taco supreme.
No lettuce?? All 3 had no lettuce.
It had been a while since I tried Taco bell. Thank you for reaffirming the opinion I had when I decided to not go back.

If you go inside, expect very slow service and you'll only be able to order from a kiosk as staff are attending to drive thru customers.
Their intercoms system SUCKS, no matter how loud you speak they can't hear nothing and they nearly always get the order wrong...
