The food is great. The staff is very friendly and work really hard to get orders out quickly. The manager however was really rude when interacting with her staff. Ms. Ella could have conducted business without being crass with employees with customers watching.
Came in on the morning of the 4th of February. Not busy at all. Food was acceptable wait was not long. Had to ask for refills. The problem came on the bill when the waitress flat out added a 3.00 additional charge and the excuse was prices are different at different waffle house locations. Don't scam your customers.

I've been to this Waffle House five times. Each time, I was greeted well and treated like family. The atmosphere is lively and fun. The manager really makes you feel like you're home. The people are so wonderful. My son loves for us to go there. It's always his first choice.
Service was very slow at the beginning, but the place was packed and there was only one server - and she was a very, very busy person. As soon as other servers arrived, service was 6 stars vice 5. Coffee was excellent and abundant and the sausage bowl with grits did not disappoint. We will go back.

Today I had a very special friend of mine. Take me to waffle house for the very first time. I lived here in north carolina for almost seven years and i've never been here before. LolI absolutely was not disappointed Lee Ann or service was so nice and the food was so good. I can't remember the manager's name but she was really nice too. The Lillington Waffle House is clean and the cook is great. If something is not quite right with your food, he will fix it. Great omelet and sausage, egg, cheese grits bowl.
