Everything was really cold. That's a health code violation. Chili, baked potato and burger all so cold I would of thought it came out of a refrigerator. They didn't care, rude at the drive thru from the start.

This location in particular is extremely terrible. It's the closest one near me house. Every time I order a burger it's soggy and straight up gross. I ordered Spicy nuggets and got regular nuggets, how do you mess that up? I ordered a chocolate chip and sugar cookie and got two sugars? Extremely negligent employee's must be working here. If I was upper management, I'd fire and re-hire a new crew. Do better.

I had the worst experience yesterday. I arrived here and things were going okay. Despite the girl juggling and spinning my water bottle around and it fell on the ground. While trying to retrieve it, the guy who worked there asked if I would like a new one, which we did . When I checked my order they put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese. The nuggets looked like someone had bitten off them. (Pics included) When we pulled around to the mic to see if they could fix it, the lady said they were closed and the grill and register were closed and I couldn’t get a refund… the list goes on. I will NEVER visit this location again

Came for a quick lunch on 04/19/2025 and we ordered two of the new frostys.. what a rip off!! These were both 3.39 a piece and this is not how it is advertised! Didn’t even fill it up to the rim! Food definitely could’ve been fresher, seemed like they reheated our fries up. And whoever the person was who was giving out our drinks and food, pretty sure she was pregnant, has a horrible attitude and needs to work on her customer service skills. Food is too expensive nowadays to not get what we pay for or to deal with nasty attitudes. DO BETTER!!!

Ordered a sandwich and they gave me an empty bag full of napkins, bag fries and condiments. Literally didn’t get what I paid for. What a waste of my time.

Way above and beyond the Wendys in Erwin. Orders are accurate, food is hot, place is clean
I have tried this Wendy's multiple times as I travel through this area regularly. Many times in the morning I have had to wait a long time in drive thru for my food. Last night I had to pull up and wait for food again. It didn't take as long, but while eating and driving in the dark I ate onions I couldn't see on my burger. This was after I asked for no onions and he repeated that back to me to be sure. I had also pulled forward and waited to get all the little pieces of fries from the bottom of the bin. They were burnt and soggy with grease.

I must have mistakenly driven away from the drive-thru before I had all my food. One of the employees ran out and caught up to me at the stop sign to give me my fries. This was way beyond any of my expectations and leaving a good review was the only way I could think to say "thank you" but I really do appreciate it.
