I have tried this Wendy's multiple times as I travel through this area regularly. Many times in the morning I have had to wait a long time in drive thru for my food. Last night I had to pull up and wait for food again. It didn't take as long, but while eating and driving in the dark I ate onions I couldn't see on my burger. This was after I asked for no onions and he repeated that back to me to be sure. I had also pulled forward and waited to get all the little pieces of fries from the bottom of the bin. They were burnt and soggy with grease.

I must have mistakenly driven away from the drive-thru before I had all my food. One of the employees ran out and caught up to me at the stop sign to give me my fries. This was way beyond any of my expectations and leaving a good review was the only way I could think to say "thank you" but I really do appreciate it.

Asking for fresh cookies at 7:00 pm when the first ones were completely stale and we didn’t complain or request a refund (we just bought new ones instead) shouldn’t be such a huge deal.

Had a great experience here a couple of times in the past 2 weeks. Anytime I go to a Wendy’s the service is terrible. But this location is amazing, food comes out super quick, and workers here are doing an excellent job.

I will only go when Ash works she is a little sweetheart so friendly not everyone there is like her
Brought my kids thru for a quick dinner. Which was a mistake. Drive thru has no weather protectant so you get wet if it rains. Cashier was rude. Was getting parked. Asked for our drinks to which she refused. And was all over place fussing to the point the grill worker came out to stare out the window at me. Will not return.

I went into this Wendy’s New with the app and all of a sudden the woman at the register had no desire to help me figure out the app. I left with no food, no assistance no help at all if you want to go and get food and have somebody actually help you don’t go to this restaurant because they do not take the time to help anyone there That was my experience less than five minutes ago

It’s horrible here !! Tried 4 times in the last month to get a frosty of different kinds and no matter what kind u ask for they say they only have the other kind !! Big sign advertising the new one but nope ! And they don’t even apologize they don’t care ! This location sucks all the time !!
