The chicken here was not as fresh as other Zaxby's I have been to and the toast tasted like a sponge. The customer service was up to pare. However, the experience was below the bar in the fast food category.

ZERO stars
Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes! Then I order…THEN they tell me NO credit cards. Are they kidding me? Never again!

Pulled up to the drive-thru around 1:00, and as always, the young lady inside had me feeling like a VIP. No attitude when I ask for extra sauce just great energy every time!
Now the lady outside? Whew. Some days it feels like I’m bothering her just by existing 😅 but hey, that regular girl inside keeps me coming back!
On days when I come inside with my work crew, she’ll even step away from drive-thru just to take our order. One of my guys mentioned how patient she is, especially since there’s a language barrier. That meant a lot to us.

This Zaxby's is on point at lunch time. I can't speak on after 5pm. But during lunch nice friendly staff and the wait is no time.

Went at 230 pm and they couldn’t change a hundred for an order close to twenty.Go to bank people.Bad management .Restaurant is close to going to 3 star.Embarrassing for Zaxbys.Went across street to Hwy55 ordered and paid with a hundred.

Ordered sweet and spicy wings and had NO sauce on it. Order two teas and both had ZERO ice in it. Awful place. Don’t recommend.
