Stopped in for a quick lunch. I'm new to zax so I played it safe and went with chicken fingers and asked for two sauces on the side.
When I got my food she brought 4 samples since I was new.... And I was glad she did because I chose poorly 😂. For my taste the tongue torch and Zaxby's spicey is the way to go. The regular zax sauce is good on fries.
If you are afraid of heat, just get some coleslaw on the side.

I just think this one piece of bacon shouldn't be $2. Very stingy

I ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo, and I was disappointed. I received 10 small pieces of fries, and a tough grilled chicken sandwich - Chicken felt like a piece of hard rubber in my mouth as I bit in to it. It wasn’t worth the $10 and change. I think I’ll try a different place next time.

I've used this location twice now to feed our summer camp helpers, and they always come through! Recently, I had an issue with placing an order through the app, but Calvin was incredibly helpful. He quickly resolved my issue and made sure our order was ready when we needed it. His excellent customer service made my day much easier! I appreciate their team going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
