1-0-1 PROOF

The incompetence astounds me!!! Ordered a simple meal. Didn't get my fries. Went back and they gave me someone else's order. Then had to go inside to address it. Said I still need my fries. And they were the regular ones instead of curley fries. May need to reevaluate the talent.

I just had a very disappointing visit today. Normally service is great, however, today I ordered a large beverage, and received a medium. They only charged me for a medium. Fine. I get back to work and check my sandwich, there’s no cheddar on my beef and cheddar, no sauce on the sandwich, and no marina for the mozzarella sticks, despite being on the receipt.

Very disappointed with my experience ordered in the app on Sunday at 7:30 so the restaurant was not busy. I live 15 minutes from the restaurant, when I got home I realized there was no au'jus for either of the French dips that we ordered That's a big part of that sandwich. There was no marinara for the six mozzarella sticks that we ordered. The fries were not a full box and spilled in the bag. And the Middle age man at the drive-thru window was not friendly. Very disappointing Arby's in Lincolnton needs to do better.

They used to have fresh food. I was told I was waiting on potato cakes to cook. Looks like they threw them back in oil after they were cooked. They are oily and soggy.

My boyfriend and I placed an online order for the shelf pick up today just before 5 pm. When we got there to pick it up, we were first told by the manager by the name of Beth that they would not be able to remove the peppers and onions from the new Philly steak sand which because it was pre-mixed, to which we asked why it was available as an option on the app and she then told us it just takes longer. We then insisted that we wanted the sand which the way we ordered it, and she agreed to fix it. When we got our food the sand which in question was a huge mess, it was obvious that someone had picked the peppers and onions off of it, I’m including a picture of the sand which in my review. As if that wasn’t bad enough when we where looking for a place to sit and eat our food we discovered that the lobby was a mess, including sauce packets and garbage under the tables, as well as, leftover crumbs, napkins and drinks left on the tables. When we went to leave I noticed a younger boy who was one of the kitchen employees passing a vape to one of the other customers in the middle of the lobby right in front of the counter. This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve had in years.

My son loves arbys chicken tenders but they're kind of on the expensive end to be fast food and small chicken tenders.

Sandwiches were COLD. Asked them to make them fresh and hot, they just grabbed them from the back side of the warming tray there was about 40 premade sandwiches and they were all cold. Very disappointing.
