Sandwiches were COLD. Asked them to make them fresh and hot, they just grabbed them from the back side of the warming tray there was about 40 premade sandwiches and they were all cold. Very disappointing.

Had a late lunch here today around 2 PM. Came in with coupons from the mail. Immediately greeted at the register by a professional young man who was polite and took our order with no hiccups over the coupons (that's different). Soon after getting drinks a jolly fellow called out our order as ready with a smile. Upon getting to a table, immediately noticed how neat the food was packaged. Classic roast beef sandwiches and gyros were the bill of fare and it was all delicious. Everything was hot and extremely tasty.
Overall could not have asked for a better experience, especially in the fast food realm. If the awesome service and food continue at this store, you are going to see a lot of 5 star reviews.

I have always loved Arby's and they are other locations in nearby towns that are excellent. But the one here in Lincolnton has been letting me down lately, sometimes I get great service and sometimes I get something almost like "here's your stuff, now get out of here." My order has been incorrect a number of times, and my food has been cold on several occasion. Just disappointed is all.

For whatever reason, this location absolutely refuses to use a drive thru as intended. No matter what, you will be asked to pull into the parking lot to wait on your food to be brought to you. You could order a cup of water with no ice and they would tell you to pull up to wait on it.
