We went through the drive thru today and was greeted very politely by Chantel. She was very sweet and accommodating. Very good customer service. Great job!
One of my favorite lunch food places, 7.79$ for my favorite sandwich, which is pricey for me. Wish it were cheaper because I like food so much. Fries are out of this world too, better than McDonald's fries. Had a few snafus with service being rather rude in drive thru, but overall didn't really care because the food is good.

Got asked to pull up for a number one they didnt have any beef, sitting here for 15 min, employyee comes out with a atttide telling me "To get out his Drive through this isnt a parking space" after being told to pull up there. Then came back with food thown in the bag and a half apology, awful service.

We were told to pull forward because they had to keep their drive thru time down(no one was behind us). Regardless, I still consider that being in their drive thru so who cares about the drive thru time. Then we had to wait for 20 mins for our cold food to be brought out. We were also told that we couldn’t have more sauces(he only gave us 3).

I went to Arby’s because of an ad about the bacon cheeseburger sent to my mailbox. The sandwich looked good, so I decided I would give it a try. That was a BIG MISTAKE!! The food was cold and not good. I want a REFUND!!
