The food was good. The service was poor. The waitress never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything, when ask her a question, she answered while walking by.. She never ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. She was not friendly at all.

Waited to be seated for solid 10 minutes before walking out. Plenty of open seating available, two waitresses walked by us multiple times and didn’t even acknowledge us. Even just a “hey, we’ll be with you in a minute” or “seat yourself” would have been nice. Also, we’ve ate here before. The burgers are decent, but definitely not a “smash” burger like they advertise. A smash burger is thin with crispy edges. Aspen serves regular burgers. Looking for a mouthwatering smash burger with out of this world service? Try Bae’s Burgers in Mooresville!

I was skeptical, not going to lie. New places I always am. I had questions about the fries bc I was told they were not the crinkle fries anymore that are shown on the pictures. I would advise to update photos. Wish I took pictures but I was with coworkers so it slipt my mind. The waitress brought out to me a taste test on the fries. Immediate love lol. She was awesome.. I got the bacon cheeseburger and I wish I would've gotten a double bc they look like the size of a smashburger but I already know me having to go back to work wouldn't of been a good look for me lol. But just know the single was still so good. I will for sure be back. ?

I love going to Aspen Grill, I have mostly come in for breakfast because I absolutely love their grits. Their staff is always super nice, helpful and friendly. It actually seems like they enjoy working there and that they enjoy you as a customer. I have never had a bad experience here, whether food or staff, it has always been excellent.
