I have been going here since they opened and loved it. However, today was a different story. I had to repeat my order 3 times and when she read it back it was all over the place. She could have been in training and I understand that but once i got to the window and saw my receipt I told them my order was wrong and what I needed to add. I handed them my card and she said we can't do add ons at the window. I told her its not an add on yall messed up my order. She said you will have to pull around and get back in line. That is crazy and not how it should have been handled. They could have done it without making me get back in a long line and my other food getting cold. I came here faithfully every Sunday but never again. I've been in food service since 2003 and you don't make the customer drive around and get in line again when it was the businesses fault. I hate this bc we loved it there. But there's a way to treat people and that wasn't it.
As of August 2nd I have emailed them where they asked me to under this review and they have yet to respond or do anything to fix this. Obviously they do not care bc its only 1 customer. Nice how yall treat people.

We usually really enjoy the food here and have had great experiences in the past, but today’s to-go order was a bit frustrating. My husband had to tell the employee at the window three times that items were missing from our order.

We ordered an egg platter, ultimate bacon biscuit, hash brown casserole, and two blueberry muffins. Instead, we received a chicken biscuit and a side of eggs—no hash brown casserole. We did get the platter and muffins which were still delicious.

Mistakes happen, and this isn’t our usual experience here, but unfortunately, today wasn’t a good day for takeout.

Really friendly people inside with clean restrooms are a huge bonus. I came in at 7 am. on a Monday, and it was pretty quiet. The food was good and was very appetizing.

I should have know when I walked in to just turn around. 15 people in front waiting on their food. All tables were dirty. (Clean your own). Had been about 3 months prior and swore it off. For some reason I tried it again. Never again.. go anywhere else, will will be happier.

I'm on a diet & can't have bread but Biscuitville Accommodated by having choices like bacon-and-eggs on the side & the bacon strips were thick & not thin & flimsy like McDonald's it was enough to fill me up... nice place, it was my first visit as we don't have a Biscuitville here in Cape Canaveral Fl I will definitely eat here again

I don't know what's wrong with this Biscuitville specifically.? The Hickory location or none of the other locations ever have this problem. We have literally drove to the Lincolnton Biscuitville to get breakfast five times in the last three months and they are out of their sauces every time. They run out by 11 o'clock and they don't close until two. They are always out of The honey, mustard, the ranch, and the cheer wine cackalacky sauce. that is half of the reason you eat at Biscuitville. My observation would be that they probably aren't making enough since they make the sauces fresh daily and run out three hours before they close literally every single day. So y'all should probably make some more because we turned around and left and went to Bojangles.
