The gravy biscuit I ordered was very good. The gravy was cold and greasy, the fries were okay. The tea pitcher needs to be cleaned, especially the nozzle on it. Tasted like sour tea. No unsweetened tea either. The lobby was needing attention as well.

Ordered a curbside order at 5:00 and to be picked up at 5:30 been sitting outside for over 30mins. I would understand is the drive thur was packed and there was a lot of customers inside but there is not

First customer service at the drive thru is terrible, I asked for my receipt and the cashier slammed the window and walked away. So I had to sit there until some told her to come back. Then so had to look through the long line of receipts that she had not been giving to the customer to find mine. This happens every time I go there, that lady has some attitude. Then I got to work and was going to eat my biscuit and it was not fully cooked so I could not eat it. Why is it so hard to give good customer service with a smile and a customer there receipt, I'm I asking too much and the food to be fully cooked !

African American woman with no hair and a septum ring wouldn't give me more than 3 ketchup packs after I asked for more. She told me that's all she was supposed to give me. Give me a break. I wouldn't have paid for fries if I couldn't get ketchup. Apparently a lot of people are unhappy with this place, just checked the reviews and there are tons of people I'm Lincolnton that have been screwed by yall. DO BETTER.

I don’t usually write reviews but I need to speak about the horrendous experience I just had there. Me and my family ordered and got our food except our brother. It took over and hour for him to get a simple chicken sandwich and fries. Absolutely crazy. Then they even gave him a sandwich he didn’t order. Word of advice from some random guy at Bojangles: “if you want faster service, go through the drive thru and then sit down inside.” Absolutely don’t recommend

This is one of worst bojangles I ever been too.. food was not hot and was greasy.. I will never go back I could of saved my 40 dollars on all the things we buy that day

I generally do not like riding bad reviews however this is something I feel hopefully seen by someone to management and will actually be fixed. Today I went to Bojangles, I've been wanting to try that Burberry waffle and chicken sandwich and I pulled up there one car was at one drive-thru ordering so I went to the empty one waiting my turn. I sat there and the other person ordered and no one ever responded to me. So another car pulled into that first drive-thru and they contacted and talk to them first thing, then a second car and acted like I wasn't even there. So I thought maybe the speaker or something was broken and the second drive-thru so I started to back out and go into the first one but then the speaker come on on my side and by this point when I seen there was no sign saying it was broke and the fact that it was working I simply told him I'm good and left. My thing is do not have to drive throughs if you're not going to acknowledge having the second one. Literally two people after I pulled up got their order and ordered before I was ever even acknowledged just because I was only outside drive through. This really needs to be addressed and I know this might sound trivial but it's kind of aggravating when you're on a time schedule and you're the second person to order but the two people behind you get the order before you.. I hope someone in management or corporate we'll read this and do something about it. Otherwise take out the second drive-thru option or at least have your employees to literally check. Chick-fil-A has a second option and they run just fine, like to be honest this was ridiculous.
