Every Bo's is different, but boy, howdy, did these guys let us down tonight. Got there at 5:30, waited excessively long just to put our order in. Waited excessively long in line to the window. We noticed cars waiting and peeling off to parking spots and I thought, that can't be good. Sure enough, the kid at the window tells us it'll be 20 minutes for chicken. 20 minutes. At dinner time. For chicken. At a chicken joint. Other kids in there just standing around. Nah...I'd like my money back. We'll go somewhere else. Waited excessively long for someone who may or may not have been a manager gave us our money back. We made a beeline for KFC where there was NO wait and the chicken was hot and fresh and ready to go. Y'all need a grown up in there, Bojangles. These kids ain't got a grasp on how it's done. The Colonel knows.

After waiting 20 mins behind only 2 others cars they wait till after we pay to tell us they donât have the one thing we really came for then proceed to stand by the window and talk about âthe hoesâ and how inventory needs to be done before closing time because they werenât staying after to do it while we waited another 10 mins and where still missing itemsâŠâŠ will only be going to the Denver Bojangles from now on

Then 3 young ladies up front were cussing and talking crap infront of other customers. If I had not already paid for my food I would have went elsewhere. The young lady who took my order was the only one up front who was professional and I thanked her for that. I'm not going to make it a habit to go back. Sorry Bo but I haven't been in town and wanted to have a nice meal with my boys but it won't be here anymore.
Parking: The parking lot is designed wrong and hard to maneuver when it's full. Park in the Lowe's lot and walk up.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Bojangles in Lincolnton. I pulled up to one of the two drive-thru lines and waited patiently after being told theyâd be right with me. Unfortunately, my order was repeatedly skipped over as they continued to take orders from other customers in the other line. It felt like my line was being ignored, and I ended up waiting far longer than expected.
This kind of service is frustrating, especially when youâre told to wait and then not attended to. I hope they work on managing both lines more fairly and efficiently to avoid this issue for future customers.

Went to drive thru. Ordered. Waited over 20 minutes. Then I pull up to the window to pay. Wait another couple of minutes. They come over and say they don't have what I ordered and that they are sorry. Did they need to have me wait over 20 minutes to tell me they don't have food for me???? Unnecessary. Especially after such a long work day and being so hungry. Just rude!
Great place for a quick drive through. Fast fresh and no pull up and wait hassle.

in an effort to be understanding of the current situation of our area (Hurricane Helene).. we are without power and placed an online order on Sunday. We waited 45 minutes as an employee gave our order to the wrong person and the manager on duty was far from helpful to her employees working as she stated for them to âjust make another one!â Once we got home, We found this in our dirty rice. I am very displeased with the service and quality of the food. Please reach out to rectify. Thanks
