Our experience was absolutely terrible. First off, there were a few small bugs in our biscuits, the kitchen seemed to be very nasty, and some of the employees in the kitchen were yelling and acting crazy. We also despised communicating with a computer to order our food, it did not tell us our correct order total. The voice made us feel very rushed. 0 stars.

Sit at the window TRYING to get my food for several minutes while the lady at the window is carrying on a conversation with 3 other employees that are standing around doing nothing..mean while the line is all the way around the building ..needless to say that once I finally got my food it was less than Luke warm Worse bojangles I've ever been too! And I'll never go back to this one !

Time about 10:30am. Drive thru line was very long so went inside. Cashier a little slow, but very nice. My BEC biscuit was more saturated in butter than I cared for, making it greasy. I got potato rounds because I give dogs a bite, but I could taste the onion which is toxic to them. Have never gotten onions in potato patties anywhere else, probably because many people don't like onions (I do). Maybe should have a description up so people know in advance. Nice, clean place. Service good even if a little slow. Food more expensive than other fast food places.

Took the cashier a few minutes to come to the register to take my order. Even with her coworker calling her multiple times. Order a 4pc supreme combo. The supremes were half the size and cold. Not even warm. The employees were the loudest people in the place. Their conversations did not sound work related. Everyone I seen had to wait longer than necessary to be given their order. As the order was ready but was not staged or announced to be received. Will not return to this location.
