o my husband and I was out and about in lincolnton and seen this steakhouse and decided to go in and give it a try!!! We decided just to have an appetizer and share an entree just to try it out!!! Well we ordered cheese sticks and the Philly cheese steaks!!! After we ordered we happened to notice a table tent with wings and 1/2 off wine on Monday. I look for service and couldn’t find her so I ask the hostess to get. We really wanted wings in the 1st place so when the server made it back to the table we ask her about the wings to which she couldn’t even tell us sauces they provided or if they could sell all drums. She finally went back to the kitchen and ask!!! We ordered the wings to which we were told came in a dry rub!!! In the meantime we got the cheese sticks we ordered and they were over cooked with no cheese in half of them. Later I’m assuming it was a manager that came to our table and informed us that they didn’t have a dry rub so we chose garlic Parmesan as our second choice. The wings were terrible basically over cooked wings in butter sauce no favor very little Parmesan cheese on them. So when the server came back I ask to bring me a side of hot sauce and she bought me a bottle of Texas Pete!!! My husband and I just looked at each other and laughed!!!! At the end The server ask us how everything was and she could tell by our response that we were not satisfied!!! So she ask what was wrong we told and she did apologize but no manager ever came to our to try and set things right The check was dropped with no type of discount or anything. We definitely will not be back If the establishment can’t pull off appetizers. I’m sure not gonna spend $32 for a steak and hope that is right.

We just ate here tonight for the first time since they opened. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews (I know, some people are just harder to please) but we really enjoyed our meal and service! Our server Tommy was great. They were very busy (Saturday night) and he was still very considerate of everyone's needs. Our table (4 adults) all got the New York strip. Cooked perfect. Sides were great and the rolls were amazing! We will be back.

Absolutely Delicious ❤️ Last night was our 1st. time trying Carolina Steak and Rib. I never leave reviews, but this is one time that it is well deserved. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic, our food was on point, atmosphere was nice and upon leaving my husband and I had an awesome conversation about the entire experience and how we wished that we had a great quality place closer than an hour from us to get a Steak made with such perfection ❤️ We had a great talk with Marlin at the end of our meal and expressed how pleased we were with everything from the moment we walked through the door. Best Night Out In Forever ❤️

First time eating here and was not disappointed..Hubs ordered ribs and they were fall off the bone tender..I got the ribeye cooked perfectly..Our server was outstanding and checked on us often and made sure our drinks were filled.. We will definitely go back.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. The supervisor (not sure of title) came by to see how things were. Since he did, we told him how ridiculous it was to charge extra for spices. Plus, even the term "plain baked potato" should be served with a pad of butter. All of us had doneness issues. The Supervisor took care of dinner, and I appreciate that.
It was also uncomfortable listening to the staff talking about, what seemed to be work issues, while I'm trying to relax.
It all ended badly. I wanted to emphasize, our poor waitress had nothing to do with us being upset. It happened to be the timing things took place. We should have known when we saw another table having some kind of issue.
Not everyone at my table liked their food. I will have to say, except for a doneness issue, the flavor of my steak and baked potato was good.

I cannot believe a steak house charges extra for Butter on their Baked Potato .. 1.50 extra to season your steak with anything more than salt. Garden Salad was hot, lettuce was wilted, rolls where cold and steaks cooked completely wrong one was ordered Medium Well and one well done .. of course the Well done was rare and the Medium Well was a Hocky puck. Go to McDonald’s the food and atmosphere is much better…
The steaks were seasoned very well. They were also cooked to perfection. The money we paid for the meal was well worth it. We will go back. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Service was great! Ordered 12 oz ribeye. Was not a good quality of meat. Ordered medium rare, got well done. Sent back, ate 4 bites.. was tough piece of meat for a ribeye. No marbling at all. Definitely not worth $26.99.

We got buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer and it was amazing!! I got garlic peppercorn filet mignon, best I’ve ever had! And they have sundrop! Great atmosphere, service and food. We will definitely go back.
Spending over $100 on dinner you're allowed to have reasonable expectations. I ordered the NY Strip and my husband the Steak Tips. Both the NY Strip and Steak tips were very bland and under seasoned. I had to send my Steak back twice because it was cooked incorrectly. Service was okay, nothing special, just average. I will say they have a decent wine selection and the place was clean. The food was not that great for the price, we will more than likely not be back.
