Seated, then ignored for over 20 minutes until my lunch mate flagged down the person who seated us. Several tables had been cleared after we arrived and new customers seated. They got drinks, plates and dinner rolls before our server finally decided to show up. We finally ordered and it took another 35 minutes to receive our order. I had a grilled chicken Ceasar salad, my mate had the Greek salad with grilled shrimp. No reason they should have taken that long! We both agreed we will not go back.

We are visiting from out of state. Moving to the area soon and Kaitlyn was an awesome bartender sharing a lot of information about the area with us. The food was excellent. We will be back again once we move e to the area

Going to start out by saying from the wait on getting a table to the exit out the door was not so good. I always thought that the wait outside ment this was a great place to eat. But since our visit on Saturaday at 6 pm, it is because there was hardly any staff. We had to wait about 45 minutes to get a seat, but the waitress was there shortly after to take our drink order. Every other table was set and most table has dirty dishes were stacked on them. We ordered the chicken parm and a rare 12 oz steak, just saying both items should not have taken a long time to cook. Well, it did and the chicken parm was really over cooked and hard. Just couldn't eat it but the pasta that came with it was good. The steak was not rare (should have been a little red on the plate) and unseasoned. Just not a typical steak place at all. You had to order what seasoning you wanted which being the first time, we did not know. Only saw maybe three girls working the floor but they had two bartenders and three girls at the front. Manager should have pulled the extras to help with the floor. We think the cook (maybe he kept coming out of the kitchen to flirt with the young bartender) was the reason why food was taking a long time to get and over cooked. We were finally ready to leave and had to track down someone for our check and pay the bartender for the service. Hope this helps someone. Maybe the management will take notice and be on the floor next time to help out.

The world doesn't need any more chain restaurants. Carolina Steak and Rib restores my hope. We had dinner here yesterday and the food was excellent. Our server, Carla, took great care of us and made us feel right at home. You can tell she puts her heart into it. I've eaten a lot of prime rib throughout my life. I can honestly say there's is the most tender and best prepared, ever. The mashed potatoes and onion rings were spectacular, too. We will definitely be back. Highly Recommended!

We had over an hour wait. The one thing that bothered me the most was the 7 unclean tables around us The people had left and their plates, food, etc… was there the entire time. The few people who were working were really doing their best but the 2 on their phones in the bar area were not. Our entree’s came out before our salads and we had to ask for our salads. The food was good and we enjoyed it. The staff needs guidance and help in my opinion

The filet was cooked perfectly and had great flavor! The waitress was prompt and efficient and super nice. Shortly after we sat down the manager, Rusty, came to our table to welcome us and made us feel like we were family. Great experience … we’ll be back for sure!!!

We came here with our family to celebrate an important event. A few days before, we called and were told that reservations were only accepted for parties of 8 or more. Since we had a group of 12, we assumed everything was fine.

When we arrived, our name was written down for our party, but the host then informed us that they don’t take reservations at all — even though they clearly had ours listed on paper. We were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, but after 45 minutes we checked back and were told they had no estimated time for when we’d be seated.

It’s really disappointing that what was supposed to be a joyful celebration turned into such a frustrating experience. Very poor communication and organization.

Overly priced and under seasoned. Honestly when they first opened it was great! I have been here many times and taken my family out have spent thousands and now it’s not worth anything, save your money and go to outback.

First times we visit this place we were not impressed at all My family and I we give this place a 2nd chance and let me tell you it was really good. The Cheese Burger. Cheesesteak. Grilled shrimp . And the chicken Alfredo. All the food was delicious. Our waitress was awesome. Definitely will be back.

My friend and I visited this place for the first time last weekend. Lincolnton is a little out of our way is the only reason we waited so long to try it. Misha was our server and actually was the best and most attentive than any we have had anywhere in years! I will definitely ask for her next time! We had a few small hiccups with the food from the kitchen but Misha handled it and apparently told her manager Rusty as well. He came out immediately and was so kind and friendly! To me if the manager comes and talks to you if there is an issue they show they care about your experience. Rusty fixed our issue right away.
Misha and Rusty get 5 stars for who they are and how professional they handled our table the whole time. We will return soon!
