Casa Azul Mexican Kitchen Lincolnton

Our first time and last time eating here! I know everything is expensive these days but paying $20 for a torta with a couple of pieces of meat is too much. I had other places and for $20 you get a little more than two pieces of bread a side of meat. I paid $90 for 4 tortas and 3 tacos.

Good food and good atmosphere!!!

Do not pass up this little hidden gem. My wife and I were passing through from out of town and happened to see this place while at the Marshall's. The surprise we had walking in! Beautifully decorated, the food was so delicious and the server was tentative.

Fantastic and unique decorations and vibe. Fun and cool place. (Try the Pina colada in pineapple shell). Their birria tacos are worth the trip (BEST BIRRIA TACOS AROUND)

Absolutely LOVE this place

I would have given this place 5 stars but I just couldn’t. I ordered Esquites and they brought me canned corn sprinkled with some cheese🤦🏻‍♀️no salt no chile nothing. I paid $4 for flavorless canned corn. I can not with y’all 🙄

The manager refused to discount the food at all, even after 2 out of 3 people at our table sent their meals back. Our waitress claimed it was because “nothing was wrong with it—you just didn’t like it,” despite my explaining that my burrito had no filling and was mostly just a tough tortilla. I'm extremely disappointed to have received poorly made, overpriced food and then been told I couldn’t even take that food—which I paid for—to someone else. The situation should have been handled differently, and as a result, I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

The best restaurant in Lincolnton! The food is uhmmmmmaaaazzzzingggg!!! If you have'nt already you must go try!!!

Hidden Gem in Lincolnton! My wife and I stumbled across this place while in the area. Located in a strip mall, its unassuming exterior belies what waits inside.

Having lived across the U.S. southwest I have enjoyed many authentic Mexican restaurants very close to the source. The food at Casa Azul is as good or better than any I've had, anywhere. The portions are large so we shared a couple of dishes. Everything we had was amazing, as were the drinks and service.

We plan to return every time we are in the area. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!

The absolute worst customer service
at a restaurant that I have ever received.
I called in an order and got there and the total
order was incorrect (which is fine mistakes happen). The lady that took my order basically said I was lying about what I ordered. She was very rude and stated this multiple times. I 100% wanted to buy what I ordered but not a total wrong order. I don’t understand why I would lie about the order in the first place. The manager was not apologetic for the embarrassment about the way I was treated caused me and believed the employee. I wanted nothing but to buy what I ordered and had no agenda to not tell the truth.. It was all very strange. I could not support this business after this happened and am just mortified about the way I was treated. Not to mention a very disappointed twelve year old (who heard the real order when I placed it) who really was looking forward to her favorite tacos as a treat for something special she had accomplished! I would have felt totally different if I would’ve been respected as a customer from the start!

Not a bad place at all. Multiple dishes and beers to choose from, friendly staff and fast service. Huge selection of cocktails and beer.
