No clean entrance. Looks like you sit in car but you don't. Sat for 10 minutes and was ignored. Felt awkward because they werealed open.

Don’t let the appearance of this place fool you. It is the ultimate small town locals burger hangout. You can sit in your car and someone will take your order or go inside to a small area with a few tables. We shared a Super Burger basket with fries. The burger was outstanding! Seriously! This is an old school Mayberry kind of place. I loved it and can’t wait to go back.

So after waiting almost 10 min when we pulled up. The guy finally comes out. Asks of we need a menu, goes back in for 5ish min. An old woman comes out brings us a menu. Then she goes in. After 10 min the guy comes back out takes our order. And instead of bringing our drinks first. Takes off for 15 min and goes to get some girl. Took an hour to get some okish food. And it was not busy. Definitely would not recommend And will not go back. I wish it's was still around.

Best cheeseburgers in lincolnton, Best slaw and chili..its all homemade! The salads are great..the seafood is fresh and the daily specials are delicious. Paula and Meade are always a pleasure to do business with..I love the chuckwagon family ❤️

Was unsure about the place when drove up but don't let the outside fool you first time there and everything was awesome and friendly staff. First time I ever had a fried bologna with chili and slaw and it was amazing and there corn nuggets was amazing and my husband burger was amazing also cheap price

First time eating at the Chuckwagon Grill. Food was good and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. It's like a time capsule. Not a new place but better than the Whataburger in Hickory.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, fries, and a Coke — somehow ended up with a $33 bill. Instead of the basket price, they rang it up like I was buying stock in the place. And when paying, they still wanted a tip. Fool me once…

The hours have changed to the point that anyone who works normal hours daily can no longer visit and enjoy the delicious food. They used to be open more days & longer hours. Good Luck now making it for a one of a kind chuck wagon meal.
Wonderful food! Homemade desserts! Everything is so delicious! We are happy that they stay open later a few days of the week now!

I stopped a couple days ago to have lunch. It was good as always, when I was around town more a number of years ago I ate here a lot, food and service is always good. I didn't see anybody I remembered from years back, but it was all still good.
Haven't been here in years and the food was still great. Service was awesome and she was very nice. I got the half n half which has always been my favorite. My daughter got the club which she really enjoyed. It was her first time eating here.
