When I went in i specifically asked for a large burger and I paid $5 for a kids burger like what I told the guy this happened last time and he gave me the receipt don’t recommend it was trash wasn’t even a good burger

The staff was good and the restaurant was clean. The burgers were burnt. There was 2 of us and both of our food was burnt. I haven't been in so long I didn't even realize how bad it was until another Cust had ordered the same and saw how juicy and nice it looked. I should have gotten a picture or asked for another but I was hungry. The corn dog and fries were good.

Went through the drive-through, always fast, efficient service no problems at all! By ordering the trays, you get a one big meal and then you also get two sides and a huge tea or a small milkshake

Customer service sucks really the young girl in drive through with black hair really snobby really if you if you don’t like your job find something else there was no reason for the rolling eyes you asked me three times at the speaker for my order and still got it wrong wow the attitude the young people gives really crazy

Ordered a tray with an out west style, seasoned fries and Diet Coke for me. Me friend ordered a big double with cheese. Dropped him off and headed home. Found out they swapped our burgers, no seasoned fries, and regular coke. I won’t be going back

this is the second time I’ve gotten cookout and so far they keep getting my order wrong. It makes me highly upset and then when you go to the window and you talk about your order being wrong, they are so rude never again.
